[Revelation 14:6 KJV] "And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people," [Revelation 14:7 KJV] "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters."...........Those that say we the church, the body of Christ, will go through the tribulation would have to address this verse. Here we have an angel preaching the everlasting gospel. This gospel is stated fully and completely in verse 7 above.

Here in Galatians, Paul says if an angel preaches another gospel that angel would be accursed........[Galatians 1:8 KJV] "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." [Galatians 1:9 KJV] "As we said before, so say I now again, If any [man] preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."............The saints in the body of Christ have received the gospel Paul preached to them. If they are in the tribulation, they would be given the everlasting gospel by the angel, and as a result, the angel would be accursed.
Isn't this Angel preaching what is implied by the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Before we might seek to be forgiven of our sins we should first be convicted of our sins. Which the angel does when saying ''the hour of Judgement has come.' The angel offers no solution to the judgement he announces, because the gospel of Jesus Christ was hidden for part of history. Whereas the eternal gospel has been told since the fall.

The call to worship is interpreted by man, it has lead humans of all tribes and nations to offer sacrifices for sins even in the absence of the law of moses. Rather it should now be interpreted as a call to take up our cross as living sacrifices.

The hour of judgment is the wrath of God poured out in the tribulation
The angel preached to worship God, not the Antichrist Beast....................[Rev 14:9 KJV] "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand,"

Well it is another good news that is being preached on earth. It is not the gospel of salvation, but the everlasting good news that says "fear God and give Him glory!
It certainly is a gospel of salvation
Paul preached being delivered from the wrath of God............[Rom 5:9 KJV] "Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him."

The angel preached wrath if the Beast is worshipped..................[Rev 14:9 KJV] "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand,"
[Rev 14:10 KJV] "The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:"
[Rev 14:11 KJV] "And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name."

The death and resurrection as the gospel is given Paul for this dispensation
There was nothing of the death and resurrection found in the gospel of the kingdom Jesus preached either

It was given to all the apostles, not just Paul. It is the only way one can be saved since Pentecost.
The gospel of the kingdom was for Israel until Matthew 12 when the offer was revoked.

The everlasting good news is simply commanding to fear God and give Him glory. It hasnothing to do wiwth salvation.

Hey Ron
The gospel of the the death and resurrection of Christ for salvation was not preached by Jesus and the twelve
Salvation was always based on his death and resurrection but not made known until revealed to Paul

The gospel proclaimed by the angels was a salvation message.....if they worshiped the beast they were going to hell

Here in Galatians, Paul says if an angel preaches another gospel that angel would be accursed........[Galatians 1:8 KJV] "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed." Doug, this is mixing things that do not belong together.

In Revelation 14 the angel is not giving a new gospel. The angel is announcing the same message God has always given. It is called the everlasting gospel because it belongs to God and never changes.

The angel says three simple things.

Revelation 14:7 NKJV
“Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”

This message does not replace what Jesus preached. It agrees with what Jesus preached.

Jesus said the same things:

• Jesus said to fear God. Matthew 10:28
“Fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

• Jesus said to give glory to God by obeying Him. Matthew 5:16
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

• Jesus said judgment will come. John 5:28 to 29
“All who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth… those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of condemnation.”

• Jesus said to worship God alone, the Maker of heaven and earth. Matthew 4:10
“You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.”

So the angel in Revelation is not giving something different. He is repeating God’s call to return to Him before the final judgment.

This message is for the whole world during the last days, because Jesus Himself said that the gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world before the end comes.

Matthew 24:14 NKJV
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Revelation 14 shows that God uses His servants, and also His angels, to finish this work.

Nothing in Revelation 14 says that the church will avoid the tribulation. Jesus actually warned His followers that there will be trouble and pressure for all who keep His words.

Matthew 24:9
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.”

Revelation also says that God’s people will be on earth during the tribulation because the beast fights against “the saints” who keep God’s commandments and the faith of Jesus.

Revelation 12:17
“And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus.”

Revelation 14:12
“Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.”

These saints are faithful followers of Jesus. They are clearly on earth during the last conflict.

The angel in Revelation 14 is not cursed. He is doing God’s work. He is not preaching a new message. He is calling the world back to the same truth Jesus already gave.

The confusion only happens because you try to build doctrine on the words of Paul instead of the clear words of Jesus and His revelation.

[Exo 34:14 KJV] "For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name [is] Jealous, [is] a jealous God:"

The everlasting gospel is to worship God . Worship is commanded from the beginning.

The angel preached the everlasting gospel to worship God and not the beast

[Rev 14:9 KJV] "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand,"

Sorry Doug, you were wrong before and you are still wrong on this concept of yours. If the death and resurrection of Jesus was not preached to any0one from Pentecost to Paul, then no one got saved until Paul!

Jews receiving Christ after pentecost trusted in the death and resurrections of Jesus for their sin. It doesn't matter that is was said in a way you do not approve of.

Abraham was saved by believing what God said. God did not say Christ died for your sins and rose for your justification. What did Abraham believe......[Gal 3:8 KJV] "And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed.".....he believed that all nations would be blessed

If you cant base what was said is what was meant, then you cant know anything, you cant say here is what was said, but here is what I said is what he really meant. You cant find anywhere in the four gospels or Acts where Peter preached the blood of Christ for forgiveness for all.

In the tribulation Israel was saved by keeping the commandments of the law and not taking the mark

I am talking since Pentecost when the church was born. So your argument is irrelevant

In the tribulation Israel was saved by keeping the commandments of the law and not taking the mark
And only one of the three angels preached the everlasting good news! The other two had different messages.

And no, Jews just like Gentiles are saved by trusting in the death and resurrection of jesus. Paul in Galatians made it clear the law is done.

Acts 2:

31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Israel was at this time looking for their Messiah due to the time frame of Daniel 9.

Sorry but there is no two ways to be saved- one for Jews and one for Gentiles.

I am talking since Pentecost when the church was born. So your argument is irrelevant
The church in this dispensation was the body of Christ and was formed thru Paul. The church in Pentecost was added to, they were already formed and operating. They were formed by believing on the name of Jesus, by the preaching of Peter and the apostles. To be added to there had to be a church already established............
[Act 2:41 KJV] "Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls."
[Act 2:47 KJV] "Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved."

It was no secret it was in the prophets but they didnt know the meaning of his death and resurrection nor what it would accomplish
