Hi to all , many do not believe that Israel was set aside , BUT that is not what the bible says .1) Israel was given 3 opportunity to repent and be forgiven and because of prophetic blindness Israel rejected them , even after the murder of Jesus , check Acts 3:19 , says that IF they would repent and be converted , then in v20 , Jesus would come back unto them .2)#1 opportunity was in Acts 13: 1- 51 , we have it all revealed , of the sins of Israel , and in v 46, Paul and Barnabas say this to them . It was necessary that the word should go to you FIRST, but seeing ye put it from you , and judge yourselves UNWORTHY of everkasting life , LO we turn to the Gentiles .3) We see from this verse 46 , that they were preaching mainly to Jews .4) #2 , is found in Acts 18:6 , and Paul in v4 , reasoned every sabbath and persuaded the Jew and Greeks . And we see that Paul was trying to convince them that Jesus was the Messiah v5 . Then in verse 6 , And when they opposed themselves , and blasphemed , he shook his raiment , and said unto them , Your blood be upon your own heads , I am clean , FROM henchforth I will go unto the Gentiles .5) #3 , The last time , in Acts 28:28 , Israel is given there last Opportunity ; Paul says , Be it known therefore unto you , that the salvation of God WAS sent ( IS , is not in , the Greek Text ) unto the Gentiles , and that they will hear it .6) In 70 AD , Titus the Roman General , came and destroyed ISRAEL and the Temple and Israel has been set aside for over 2000 years and God will not deal with Israel , until the Departure of the Body of CHRIST . Acts 28:23-31 is good read . dan p

Israel was not set aside every Jew has the same opportunity to accept Messiah as Savior as any Gentile. Ephesians 2:11-19

1) Hi Watchman , only the nation of Israel was set aside with it Priesthood . Now Paul can say in Gal 3:26-28 , and anyone , whether Jew or Gentile can be saved .
