26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. - 1 Corinthians 1:26-29.

Have you ever wondered why we just don't stumble across the reason for all things. The frailty of humanity goes way beyond what the eye can see, the ear can hear, and even what the mind can imagine. It is quite the opposite. Those are all things a human being will come across in a lifetime and be confounded.

For God has chosen those things of the world to confound the wise.

How do we say "the weakest among us shall be as important as any." It is written.

It's also written . . . don't think of yourself more highly than you ought . . . associate with the lowly.

The stronger we are in the flesh, the more self reliant we are likely to be.

Much love!

@soul man!
This verse comes to mind
Zechariah 12:8
"On that day the LORD will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that on that day
the one who is weakest among them will be like David on that day, and the house of David will be like God, like the Angel of the LORD, before them."

This all brings also to mind His will for humility in us. Nothing wrong with the "wise and learned" as long as they do not place themselves above others and think they have it all figured out, lol.

"Have you ever wondered why we just don't stumble across the reason for all things. The frailty of humanity goes way beyond what the eye can see, the ear can hear, and even what the mind can imagine."

Good question but, I've given up even wanting to know the reasons for all things, lol!

We are a very frail bunch, for sure. The spiritual world, IMO, is the "real" world...things we can't see..."eye has not seen, ear has not heard..."

" The stronger we are in the flesh, the more self reliant we are likely to be." <----- Totally agreed. He wants us to rely on Him fully! :)

Exactly sister . All we need to KNOW IS CHRIST , thus let us feed daily on our bibles as well .
Our strength comes From the LORD . GOD will let us know as we need to know WHEN HE KNOWS we need to know .
Thus i just rest and trust in HIM . We dont need to know all , we just need to know HE WHO KNOWS ALL .
My soul is fat and happy . Put those marching boots on sister and we gonna march and dance unto the glorious LORD .
Yes indeed

Let us always thank the LORD . And be continuously reading on our bibles .
For the holy scriptures make us wise unto salvation THROUGH our FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST .
Now let all that has breath just praise and thank the glorious Lord .
