“A SPIRIT HATH NOT FLESH”
But some, perhaps, may say,
Did not Jesus contradict the thought that he was a spirit when he used the words, A spirit hath not flesh and bones as you see me have?
The two thoughts are quite in harmony: they were not seeing the spirit Jesus, they were merely seeing...
MARY THE FIRST WITNESS
The honor of being the first witness to whom our Lord manifested himself after his resurrection came to Mary Magdalene, who at one time was possessed by evil spirits, but who, being freed from their domination became a faithful and loyal follower of Jesus. This was not...
Golden Text: – “But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits of them that slept.” – 1 Cor. 15:20.
“MANY INFALLIBLE PROOFS”
Then comes in our Golden Text, in which the Apostle reassures us that it is no fable, that Christ arose from the dead, that it was not only necessary...
John 20:11-23
Golden Text: – “But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits of them that slept.” – 1 Cor. 15:20.
While the death of Christ was the greatest event in history, his resurrection from death readily holds second place. The death of Christ without his...
Vision Of A Tree Stump
This morning, while in prayer, I saw a vision of a dried-up tree stump that had seen better days. The stump was beginning to crumble and fall apart due to the various climates it had weathered. Then I saw a small green sprout starting to grow from the stump. It grew...
Vision of New York City Skyline.
I was out back spending time with the Lord when I saw a vision of the New York skyline.
The word “Manhattan” appeared. Then the word “time,” and after that, the word “Miameted”?
Then came the word of the Lord, saying, “Grace, grace to it.” (Zechariah 4:7)...
The Word of Knowledge in a Vision
I was listening to a man of God praying in a podcast when I saw a vision. (My eyes were closed). In this vision on my laptop screen, I saw flashes of jumbled letters moving and covering the whole screen. Layers of individual letters were being superimposed on...
Dream About A Desert Road
I had a dream that began with me walking down a road on a sunny day. On each side of the road, the land was covered in long, dry grasses and the odd blackened tree stump. As I walked through this area, I noticed something gleaming in various places, which appeared to...
Revelation Chapter 18
— THE SAINTS —
At this point the “voice from heaven” (Verse 4) — the seventh messenger — turns to the saints to rejoice with them over what is happening. The parallel of Revelation Chapter 18 to Volume 4 (viz., Volume 4 of the “Studies in the Scriptures” series entitled...
Revelation Chapter 18
Brother Shallieu’s thoughts on Verses 15-19 as taken from the “Keys of Revelation”
“The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, and saying, alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed...
Revelation Chapter 18
VERSE 15 “The merchants of these things, who became rich by her, will stand at a distance for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing…”
THE MERCHANTS OF THESE THINGS: SOMEONE had to supply Babylon’s appetite. The capitalists were more than willing to have her as their...
Revelation Chapter 18
VERSE 14 “The fruit that your soul longed for has gone from you, and all the things which are rich and splendid have gone from you, and you shall find them no more at all.”
AND THE FRUIT OF YOUR SOUL’S DESIRE (margin): Just as the kings directly addressed Babylon in Verse...
Revelation Chapter 18
— THE KINGS —
VERSE 9 “The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning…”
AND THE KINGS OF THE EARTH: — not necessarily crowned kings, but those in the political seats of...
Dream About Complete
I had a dream about a member of the forum whose username was “Complete” She PMed me, thanking me for including her on the birthday announcement. She said that she had been here for years but felt that no one had reached out to her or included her in conversations, although...
Vision of an Ear-Piercing Light Beam
While sleeping, I had an excruciating earache, and I awoke. Then I detected in a vision of an orb-shaped object sitting in dark space outside our atmosphere. This orb was sending a small light beam down to earth. The beam appeared to be producing a...
Vision Of An Invisible Presence
This morning, while in prayer out back. I detected (in vision form) a presence right over my home like an ominous cloud. It was intensely listening to my prayers with interest but disappeared when I began to pray, asking the Lord to deafen any demonic ears and...
Dream of the Giants
In this dream, I saw giants shaped like clouds in the sky. They were huge and had cloud-like faces, very much like the faces of those who are carved into Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota. Dream Ended

Dream Of The Knight In Battle
In this dream I saw a medieval knight fully clothed in armor. He was holding a chain with a spiked metal ball at the end of it. He struck what appeared to be a spirit being on the head. Dream Ended

Dream About A Wall Of Water.
I dreamed I saw a woman running through the middle of a shallow river towards my line of sight. As she ran, there were a couple of local fishermen upriver from her. They had just dropped small nets into the river. They looked up at her in confusion as she ran...
Vision Of A Life Force
Last night I was in bed but not asleep (closed vision). I saw a vision of the world, and there were gridlines/ley lines and numbers that were superimposed over it like an online war game. Then the vision seemed to zoom in on a specific area of the world. Within that area...
