Albert Finch Ministry - Exhortation - October 18, 2026

  • Welcome to Christian Forums, a Christian Forum that recognizes that all Christians are a work in progress.

You will need to register to be able to join in fellowship with Christians all over the world.

We hope to see you as a part of our community soon and God Bless!

Jesus said, "...Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed" (John 20:29).

How do we see hidden things? His Word tells us that when we turn to the Lord, the "veil" is removed from our eyes – from our hearts (2 Corinthians 3:16). As we turn our eyes to Jesus, He enables us to "see" things we could never see with our natural eyes. He opens the eyes of the blind (Psalm 146:8). His perfect light exposes hidden things in our lives that we "just don't see."

Completely immerse yourself in the river of God -- referring to the prophetic encounter described in Ezekiel 47, where the angel of the Lord led Ezekiel into the river of God until the river was so deep that he could not cross it.

The river represents the Holy Spirit and our allowing Him to have total control over our lives and ministries. When the angel brought Ezekiel out far enough in the river, he was in such depths that he no longer had control but was overpowered by the water (see Ezekiel 47:5).
That is a picture of where God wants us to be—the place of total surrender to the Holy Spirit. We are meant to offer our whole being—spirit, soul, and body—to God as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1) and allow His presence to permeate, fill, and influence every area of our lives.
As we allow the Holy Spirit to transform our lives, we will stay in the realm of overflow, continually receiving the Father's love and giving it away to others. The river of God, according to the Gospel of John, now actually flows from within us!

"Then on the most important day of the feast, the last day, Jesus stood and shouted out to the crowds—'All you thirsty ones, come to Me! Come to Me and drink! Believe in Me so that rivers of living water will burst out from within you, flowing from your innermost being, just like the Scripture says!' Jesus was prophesying about the Holy Spirit that Believers were being prepared to receive..." (John 7:37-39 TPT)

Get in the river of God and stay in the river! Plunge yourself into its waters spiritually, physically, and mentally. When you do, the Lord can do marvelous things.

Logical Lies Are Built on Past Experience:

• "It didn't work before."
• "That's just how I am."
• "That's the culture here."

We use yesterday's results to predict tomorrow's possibilities, but God is not limited by our history. The past does not have the power to block, but the conclusions based on the past do.

"Forget the former things... See, I am doing a new thing!" - Isaiah 43:18–19

Past disappointment can quietly become a belief system. Failure can become an identity. History can become destiny. But past experiences are supposed to be reference points, not prophecies.

I've had moments where I've said, "I'm just being realistic," but what I meant was "I don't want to be disappointed again." Breakthrough requires the courage to believe this time can be different.

What will be your decree for this season?

What will be the fruit of what you will speak into existence?

Believe that every limitation is being broken off of your life, your ministry, your business in the name of Jesus!

Declare a new season to come forth in your life presently.

Believe for blessing and anointing to be upon you through the mighty name of Jesus!
