Exhortation - October 22, 2026

  • Welcome to Christian Forums, a Christian Forum that recognizes that all Christians are a work in progress.

You will need to register to be able to join in fellowship with Christians all over the world.

We hope to see you as a part of our community soon and God Bless!

If we ever expect to be totally separated from the world, we must first separate our hearts and spirits from it. We separate our hearts by finding and activating the Ascended Life in Christ Jesus as we die to our present life which is devoted to self and consecrate ourselves to discipling others in their spiritual development. We separate our spirits by confessing and meditating on the scriptures that have to do with our Christ identity, our right standing with God, and walking in the Spirit.

The New Testament calls us a royal priesthood. This is not just about pastors, this is about the Ekklesia, the assembly of God's people on the earth. We are not called to build platforms, we are called to bear fruit that remains, advancing His Kingdom, and bring about the Great Commission.

So the question is not "Are you gifted enough?" The deeper questions are:

"Are you consecrated? (Have you dedicated yourself to bring forth the Great Commission, no matter what?)

Have you been washed?

Are you clothed in your Christ identity?

Is living water flowintg from you into the lives of the people you are discipling and equipping for Kingdom service?

Has your hearing, your work, and your walk been marked by the Blood?

Have you made lingering in His presence a lifestyle obsession?

God is not looking for celebrities. He is forming priests. And when priests are properly formed, the Great Commission happens.

Through Christ, a new and living way to the Father has been opened. The veil was torn. The path is laid. The wilderness refined us. The desert humbled us. But the river establishes us.
The roadway in the wilderness is not self-effort; it is the finished work of Christ.
And what was dry becomes inhabited.
What was desolate becomes productive.

Ezekiel 36 anticipates the river of life flowing from the throne (Revelation 22:1).

It reflects the Spirit now flowing with rivers of living water flowing through us and into the lives of those being discipled and equipped to do battle against the kingdom of darkness.

Obedience matters, even when the instructions feel strange or uncomfortable:

If you are blind and Jesus uses spit and mud to heal you, you do not complain about the method. You receive the miracle.

If you are running from God's purpose and find yourself living inside a great fish for three days, you do not argue. You repent.

If God tells you not to cut your hair and you decide you know better, do not be surprised when consequences follow.

If God tells you to be silent, walk around a city for seven days, then shout, and listen carefully. Walls are about to fall.

Even Moses, a man who spoke with God face to face, suffered consequences when he allowed anger to override obedience and struck the rock instead of speaking to it.
