As we come into a season of transition in the natural, there is a transition taking place in the spirit. We're being transitioned to a season of fulfillment of prophetic promises. God is stirring up our faith as we grab hold of His Kingdom reality of our advancing His Kingdom throughout the earth (Matthew 28:19) and make it conform to the attainment of the Great Commission.

We are at the door of transition to step into that season. We set our heart like a flint -- ready to go all the way with God in our Christ calling. We lean into the Lord with deep courage to believe the impossible to be possible.

There are three phases of this process of transition that you may find yourself in:

1. The Unknown

"The Lord had said to Abram, 'Go from your country, your people and your father's household to the land I will show you.'" (Genesis 12:1)

The process of the unknown can cause a lot of frustration because so many elements seem unsettled and uncertain. You will have everything you need to make it through this transition time. There's a supernatural grace.

2. Death

"'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'" - Jeremiah 29:11

In this process, there is a death to what you've always had and always known. It feels like you're losing something precious because you're giving up what's been familiar. There is a grieving that takes place in the letting go of the old that you're leaving behind. What's ahead is greater than what is behind you. You press toward the prize of the High Calling in Christ Jesus (the Great Commission).

3. Replanting

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from Me, you can do nothing." (John 15:5)

God wants us to plant our roots deeper in Him during this time of transition. The purpose of the transition process is to help us to grow in our commitment to disciple others as they come to understand their life in Christ (Christ identity, right standing with God, walking in the Spirit) facilitating the advancement of God's Kingdom moving from glory to glory by producing fruit that remains through our Christ calling.

Affirmations:

Since Christ is in me, my potential is everything that is in Christ. (Colossians 1:27))

I continually ask, seek, and knock concerning the things God has prepared for me as a spiritual mentor because Jesus says I will receive, find, and it will be opened for me. (Matthew 7:7,8)

I arise and walk in dominion power, and lay ahold of the promises of God. (Genesis 1:26)

I curse those things that don’t bear fruit for God in my life. (Mark 11:12)
