I don't know what it was but I was scrolling through Twitter and usually it is just Christian stuff but basically ran across filth pornography.

Then I realized it is across the whole thing (apart from what I follow) like that and for some reason it really triggered something in me so I quit.

I don't need that in my life. That's not something I want to be a part of it. I don't want to be around or with people who have stuff like this in their life. And this is how the world works but I'm also scared that there is no escaping the evil in the world when it comes to marriage, should that ever happen to me.

Matthew 6:28

"But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."

It goes both ways, but I am grossed out and I don't want to be part of this world.

But now I feel like totally withdrawing from people. I feel like I don't want to see people ever again.

I have so much grief right now. I am emotionally overwhelmed. Part of me wants to say I am taking a break even from CB but I know I probably won't. But I'm disgusted.

How does porn factor in ? Given one can't actually prove the age of a registrant on Twitter should there be an age restriction for access policy.

And much of what they have is illegal, and they know, but they "can't control it." They sure do well at controlling everything else, don't they?


No more for me. I don't make compromises that disrespect God's authority and give Satan any opportunity. And I kept having to mute certain things showing up from Christian men, too.

I gave up accepting nonsense when I accepted Christ instead. He's all I need. I'm with Him.

Years ago there arrives on the net an invitation to abandon our personal privacy to the whole
wide world. We even hashtag to make our private matters easier to find.
And those technically proficient creators of those sites got filthy rich for it. They got rich because our personal information got sold. Because we chose to agree by our free choice that our personal life wasn't personal or private after all.

Is it so strange government would exploit what we've surrendered in order to socialize on the web?

Rules controlling our speech. "Political Correctness", rightly identified as Fascism pretending to be manners.
We stood for that and it dared go one step further. Prosecuting speaking rules abuses by inventing thought re-education programs disguised as, sensitivity training courses.
Marxism , reworked.

There's that old saying, the Spanish Inquisition didn't happen overnight.

Because it arrived by taking small steps at first. Implementing new rules, limiting rights, for the "greater good".

I never made a Twitter account. One thing I never did... Facebook has its downside, but I keep track of all my family long-distance that way and I control who sees my content. Once I blocked all the fact checkers, I haven't had much of an issue

I use facebook for family mostly, but I also have highschool friends on there too. I don't get into twitter either.

You're probably only seeing what you follow. If you search for pretty much almost anything or click any hashtag you'll see it.

I use facebook for family mostly, but I also have highschool friends on there too. I don't get into twitter either.

I quit FB years ago. I was depressed and it made it worse. I'm thinking about getting WhatsApp to stay in touch. I don't know what it is but everyone seems to use it.

I got WhatsApp to talk to a person I met on Facebook but they turned out to be a scammer. Facebook can be depressing. But it's nice to see family and friends having fun in their lives.

I'm feeling a little depressed right now, just a tad though, I had a spiritual morning. So I'm getting some pork ramen soup to cheer me up and watching Harry Potter episodes on Youtube. That should cheer me up a bit.
