Not quite the WHOLE Story though is it now?
Since many OSASers here went into hiding when you started preaching your license to sin, maybe they are seeing the light of Scripture.

Hebrews 6:4-6 (NKJV)
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, (Christians) ! 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; 8 but if it bears thorns and briars, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.

Yes, Paul is using metaphors. And it's a message about God's fellow workers, his servants laboring in the field and building of God's people. And how the servant of God has to be careful how he builds, and careful how he plants and waters, for the quality of his workmanship will be revealed with fire in the final judgment.

If what he has built, or watered, or planted survives the coming fire on the Day of judgment he will receive a reward. If what he built, or watered, or planted does not survive the judgment because it is false he will not receive a reward for his labor. That's why the servant of God has to be careful how he builds. Being slothful, or having an impure motive, or having a faulty gospel will not result in a reward for the servant of God if those things result in building somebody up into a person who will not successfully pass through the coming judgment. You yourself may be saved, but the people you minister to won't, and so they won't be your crown on the other side of eternity (1 Thessalonians 2:19).

Paul is telling them all this to convince them that he is telling them the truth. And that he has the real gospel, not the other so-called ministers of the gospel who are leading them astray with their false gospel, and doing so for profit. He wants them to know he has nothing to gain by leading them astray with a false gospel. There's no reward in store for him in doing that. He's the one with the real truth. He is the one who wants a reward for his labor in the building and field of God.
You seem to understand most of the passage from 1 Corinthians 13, but it isn't the gospel, nor is it referring to the great white throne judgment, but the bema seat judgement of believers. The judgement of the work of Christians will be by fire and the passage clearly says that if your works are burned up that you will still be saved but loose rewards. In other words, it has nothing to do with eternal salvation. Furthermore works performed for righteousness are called debt, (usually understood as sin.)
3 For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. Roman's 4:3-4
Good works are the work of God in us, we call them ours because our hands perform them but:13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure. Phillipians 2:13

Let’s hope they are not all out there getting tattoos or having a sip of wine , thus consigning their fates in Hell...
Mocking OSAS? Did you forget? You can deny Jesus and blaspheme the Holy Spirit. You can NEVER be unsaved. OSAS says so! But no OSASer here is agreeing with you. Except maybe the name caller. Does anyone agree with you?

The "gospel" is an interesting topic. :) Jesus preached the "gospel of the Kingdom". We tend to preach a "gospel of salvation " in the modern version of the church. I wonder what the difference is? :)

Jesus also stated that He will not return until the gospel of the KINGDOM is preached to every nation....I wonder if our "gospel" is incomplete? LACKING something?

Where are your OSAS buddies? You seem to be alone.

I am not here to “ make buddies” .....nevertheless , I have many more than you realize..... they all share one thing—- they can sing “ Nothing But The Blood” without being a Hypocrite.....we all like being in that crowd......it will pay off come Judgement Day ..

Being “ alone “ is the expected outcome for anybody that makes a stand for the Gospel Of Pure Grace......ask Paul ( “all of those in Asia Minor have deserted me” )

“ Agreement” with me ? Don’t you know that I couldn’t care less? Where in the Bible does it say “ Blessed is the man who pleases the crowd?” Somewhere in the back? That “ Narrow Path” That Jesus spoke of might be a lot more “narrow” than you realize....

You should read more of his posts my friend . He has said even if one believed and then later fell into unbelief
they are still saved .
I have not seen that post so I will wait for him to respond to my post about this or wait until I see it in context I try not to judge what anyone says until I see it in context
