What are the last days? You're in them!

Doesn't answer the question, devin! The question is: what do the Scriptures mean by the term "last days?" To know that you have to look at the context in which the term is used. My belief is that it suggests something like the end of a kingdom. In this case, the context suggests that these are the last days of Israel's punishment before they are restored as a godly nation.

I see the "last days" relying on context, as there were the last days of the old covenant, there will be the last days for the church, the last days for Israel, and the "latter days".

I've learned that when I come to that expression, or similar, to see specifically what it references.

Much love!

Yes, Israel's covenant came to an end during Christ's earthly ministry, because Israel in effect rejected God Himself. In rejecting God's Son, they rejected God Himself. So the punishment that ensued, and was clearly manifested in 70 AD, indicated that these are the last days of Israel's punishment before they are restored in the new age. Just my view...

I was making a funny. But I personally think Jesus' return is soon and that is what the last days mean.

Where does the Bible say this?
The Final harvest at the Last Trump, does not happen until the end of the Millennium. Revelation 20:11-15

After Jesus has disposed of Satan and his armies, Revelation 19:17-21, He will send out His angels to gather His own people, Matthew 24:31, and they will be His priests and co-rulers for the Millennium. Revelation 5:9-10
Because the Seals show it is the start of the harvest. There is non stop harvest in the Trumpets and Thunders. The angels are here at this final harvest. Then comes the end. The Millennium cannot even start until the harvest is over, and there is a resurrection.

"The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;"

Matthew 13:38-41

This happens at the Second Coming, the 6th Seal. It ends at the sounding of the 7th Trumpet. The 7th Trumpet is Daniel 9:27.
