Lol well I am sick with a virus at the moment and lost a weeks wages ( so not lucky ) can a moderator ever be privileged …….so I must just be keen !!

Yes, I take zinc, vit d and c ……and a few other things for my bones ect. There is a cold virus doing the rounds that is just hitting people harder this year, last year we had very few colds because of the lockdowns over here. I have been quite stressed because of work lately, so that doesn’t help the immune system. I just struggled to fight this one off. I usually find ‘ first defence ‘ nasal drops keep the cold in one place and I get very few symptoms, sadly this time round they didn’t work.

I am a vitamin supplement geek. Still weight lifting....not entirely by choice.
Multi-vitamin, Zinc, extra A and D and C. Sunshine is required for A and D to work. Omega-3 fish oil, that is an interesting story.
Milk and Osteo bi flex.
My son is a surgical tech at the hospital.....we do not vac's.....He got Covid at work from some one that was vac'ed. He recovered very quickly.

Who here volunteers me to be a moderator . I think i heard crickets chirping .
But be of good cheer , I would flood the place with bible doctrine . If anyone was in error according to that pattern
i would correct it . I suspect i would never be made moderator of any forum other than my own forum .
But this is okay as well . Due to it gives me more time to preach JESUS and sound doctrine . Now let all praise the LORD .
