Believe it or not, I think Aldi's cottage cheese is the best out of them all! I won't buy any other brand.

LOL, the trick with a good Pico de Gallo is that you have to refrigerate it for one day. That way the green onions and garlic have time to form into the juices. It's pretty good for game day and you can put into Carne Asada buritos. Supper good Mexican food.
