I feel like making a thread where we can drop by and say share things we're thankful for. It can be random...or thought out.

I am thankful for my salvation, and that when I look to Christ, He is always here with whatever I need.

I'm thankful for His presence through the Holy Spirit.
I'm thankful for God's love and mercy in my life, and for giving me strength to face each day.

I'm thankful for all .....ALL ....my children and grandchildren.

I'm thankful for the ability to reach my arms up to get things out of a cabinet. It wasn't long ago that movements like that caused much pain. There is still some pain, but not pain that prevents me from doing those tasks.

I'm thankful that God loves me the way He does.
I'm thankful He made me who I am.
I'm thankful my kids and grandkids are healthy.
I'm thankful that He provides for me.
I'm thankful that I'm still able to take care of myself.
I'm thankful this life isn't forever.
But most of all, I'm thankful that I'm going to dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

For Fall.
For the ability God has given me to correct religious error, to hopefully protect others from deception and potential damnation.
For my wife, who understands and accepts me as I am.
For His mercy, in still loving me despite my faults and weaknesses.
For friends I've known in the past who have brought me joy.
For the contentment I have, no matter what the situation.
For the dreams I still have, which have given me a purpose in life.
And for people like TLH and Truman, who I believe love God and like me are doing the best they can for Him. :)

I am thankful..for His grace & mercy.
---
This year has been..the beginning of a new season/phase.
- On my journey.
- Time for reflection, change, adjustment, etc..
---
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the holy one
Give thanks because He's given
Jesus Christ, His Son.

And now let the weak say I am strong
Let the poor say I am rich.
Because of what the Lord has done for us.
---
From song lyrics.. 'Give Thanks'.
- My favorite song.

People used to says to me, "You have an awful lot of "my favorite song's"! Lol
Today, I choose to be thankful!

I'm thankful for this season of happiness, my husband, my church, my volunteer ministry, and the presence of the Lord in my life.

Amen to that. Wonderful post. I'm thankful for many of the same things. Thoroughly enjoying fall, and to be married to the wonderful woman God has given me, and to His calling on my life.

That is definitely one of my favorites.
I am Thankful for being able to spend time with my Dad as he gets older.
Things aren't always easy, but they sure are memory makers which I won't soon forget.
:)
In a time of great loss for me, I got to spend the last 5 months of the lives of perhaps my two best-ever friends with them...my mom and my dad. Thank You, Father.

I'm thankful for my relationship with our Heavenly Father and our Savior.

I'm thankful for my husband and children. I'm thankful for my extended family.

I'm thankful for my good friends, whom I've known since my early childhood.

I'm thankful for good music that uplifts my spirit and makes me feel happy. I always say music is good for the soul.

Lastly, I'm thankful for The Beatles. I say this because listening to The Beatles helped me get through a very difficult childhood. They'll always hold a very special place in my heart. I grew up in an abusive home, and I'd listen to their music whenever I was sad or scared, and I always felt better. Let It Be is my favorite song. I preferred Oldies to all other music while I was growing up, but I loved The Beatles the most. That hasn't changed.

I am thankful for knowing God through Jesus the Christ.

Knowing God has been like having an anchor when others are adrift. He is my treasure.

I love the Lord. He takes good care of me and satisfies me with blessings. He is good. I trust Him.

In keeping His commandments is great delight and blessing and reward.

He has freed me from the reign sin had in my life. I'm free to worship Him and operate from a place of gratitude, love, and peace.

@Wynona Reminds me of 2 Corinthians 9.15: "Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable gift".

'Blessed be God, our God,
Who gave for us His well-beloved Son,
The gift of gifts, all other gifts in one,
Blessed be God, our God.'

@Wynna I think I see a number of Scripture quotes there...
