I don't know, I'd have to think about what line a country crosses that sets it apart as socialist. I don't know how many socialist programs have to be instituted before it makes a nation officially socialist. The United States is well on it's way towards that. Universal Basic Income may well be the straw that breaks the camel's back. That's been the milestone that I've always held in my mind from which there is no turning back. Is that the line? We'll see. Soon, I think.

No, the problem is we DON'T have diversity. Diversity of thought and dissent is not allowed anymore. I mean, right leaning diverse thought and dissent. I'm not exaggerating. I don't think taxation in and of itself defines a socialist system. There are just some things that only a country as a whole can accomplish. Bridges, museums, etc.

I agree. I don’t think we have a lot of illegals. That’s another benefit in having a lot of social services. I think it would be really hard to live here as an illegal. I Denmark we don’t file our own taxes our employer does that, he also sends the tax amount every month directly to the government. So we don’t have that time of year. I don’t pay my taxes my employer pays with my money. That means that if he hires an illegal he can’t file their faxes and then he could face prison for hiring an illegal and crazy fines. That’s probably why Denmark isn’t that attractive to be an illegal in. You also need to find a private hospital and they are very expensive here. You can’t get help here unless if you have been permitted to work or be here. So it’s not really a problem for us.

The Scandinavian philosophy is that we should share in paying for programs that we could all use. It’s much cheaper that way. It’s not good for a society to have unemployment or poverty, it’s not good for a society to turn the blind eye to serious issues. I must say that I am baffled how childish American tv is Fox & CNN but I’m mostly impressed that they get Christians to watch it. Both sides are willing to lie about anything and it used to be worthy of an apology but now they just lie blatantly like children. It’s hilarious so I will give it a entertainment factor.

When the governor initiated the mask mandate here I was working that same day.
Management determined we couldn't serve anyone who wasn't masked.And they had to leave the store.

Oh, that was a fun night as a mini-market cashier. People getting angry when it 2asnt that long ago they were in masks. So it isn't a new thing.
I was called names that would make their mother blush had they heard their sons using such language .

I'm not the governor! Call him those names. If you don't like what's happening now, vote Republican later. As if we can even trust the election system after November 2020.

Now, when people come in without a mask, I don't care. Before I could have been written up for not enforcing the rule.
And our governor is so lame that they've arranged for the department of health to police stores and businesses. Threaten fines if people are mask less. Worst case scenario? The state takes the business license.

Took a 1 ½ to get a court date to settle a probate case after my sisters death. Meantime illegals are flooding in, cant’ speak the language, no health checks, can’t read the signs, getting cars, no credit, no job, no knowledge of our laws, but have transportation to the FREEBIE hand out offices and are a menace on the highways. This was a HUGE MISTAKE. Had everyone told the liars that they were all lying through their teeth and no one had gone along with the COVID nonsense, could they have jailed the entire population?

I refused to wear a stupid and useless mask from day one, and told the store "gatekeepers" that masks were bad for my health (which they are). No one stopped me from going into stores. Any store which absolutely insisted was boycotted.

What was really shocking and surprising is that business owners -- whose very survival depended on staying open -- failed to band together and hire professional scientists and investigators to determine whether any of the COVID nonsense had any scientific basis. Had they checked things out for themselves, they should have all remained open.

Now we know from all the research papers and investigations out there that:
1. Coronavirus was a man-made bioweapon from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

2. It was on a par with the influenza virus, and that the only high risk people were (a) the very elderly and (b) those with existing health issues and obesity.

3. Children and teens were never at risk, and schools should never have been shut down.

4. Masking, distancing, lockdowns, disinfection of hard surfaces, were all worthless and made no difference to rates of infection.

5. Had well-known, very cheap and very effective remedies for early treatment been freely available, there would not have been a single COVID death.

6. The "cases" and "deaths" were all bogus and overinflated to maintain constant fear and panic. The PCR test itself was worthless, but continues to be promoted by the worthless Biden administration.

7. Absolutely all the so-called "vaccines" were bogus, since they were simply lethal and toxic injections. This was know from day one since theit research papers were false and misleading.

8. The release of coronavirus was timed to destroy and distract Donald Trump, and he was foolish enough to be distracted and destroyed. Also he had a moral and legal duty to personally educate himself about viral infections and fraudulent Fauci and his shenanigans, and he had no business wasting 10 billion dollars on Operation Warp Speed. That money should have gone to complete the wall along the southern border.

9. Every government in the world (other than Sweden in the beginning, but not later) went along with the bogus Scamdemic scenario, since it put raw power into the hands of evil people who wanted to tyrannize their citizens (while they partied).

10. Many governments are now so drunk with this power that they are refusing to give it up and cancel the mask and vaccine mandates. The solution would be targeted drones by the militaries, but the "Woke" militaries are more concerned with special uniforms for pregnant females!

Our store was robbed the month before the latest mask mandate started.
The guy threatened a coworker by claiming he had a gun. And he demanded all the money in the register. Mind you security cameras are everywhere.
