Are you speaking of Jesus, or the Father?
The Scripture says that God the Father is a spirit and no man has seen Him at any time. Jesus is God the Son, and it was he who was born of Mary as a normal baby who grew up in the normal way to become a man. The only person to have the qualification to be our substitute for sin, had to be God and a perfect man without original sin that came from Adam.

Jesus is God manifest in the flesh. That means He became a normal human being, yet without original sin.
So, Jesus' own description of what God is per John 4:24 is "God is a man"?

24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

It means just that: Jesus was just an ordinary man before His death, resurrection and ascension. He is still a man in his glorified body, and has promised that when we are resurrected we will be transformed in the same way, as our mortality becomes immortality.
yes, I have no issue with this. I was primarily asking about the original sin bit......understanding what you mean by that?

I thought I was on a forum thread, not a quiz show. You can answer that question yourself.
No problem.

Per John 4:24, Jesus described God as a Spirit which Jesus was not and God as a "him", 2 times(someone else), which Jesus was not that "him".

Jesus was the only man who was not born with original sin. This is because He was "fathered" by the Holy Spirit, thereby breaking the cycle of original sin which was transferred from father to child. This is why the virgin birth is so important. Those who don't believe in the virgin birth cannot be saved, because one has to believe that Jesus is our perfect, sinless substitute for sin, and someone born with original sin cannot be that substitute.

Which means that you don't believe that Jesus is God, and that He was merely a created being. The problem with that is that Jesus the man who was without the original sin passed down from Adam was our perfect substitute for sin. Also, in the three hours He spent on the Cross before He died, He took upon Himself the eternal wrath of the Father for every single person who received salvation - the OT saints who put their faith in the Messiah to come, and the NT saints who put their their trust in the finished work of Jesus on the Cross, and every future person who is going to put their trust in Christ right through to the Second Coming of Christ. No created being would have been able to have stood that eternal wrath without being totally destroyed and vaporised. Only God was able to achieve it, and that is why the man Jesus is also God and not a created being.

Jesus still had the half the DNA of his mother; a sinful human being, subsequently was tempted like we are ie, cutting corners, pretty girls, turning stones into bread etc etc. If the matters didn't have a point of relevance they wouldn't have been a temptation.

More is made of the virgin birth than is warranted. All it means is an inseminating tube wasn't required for Mary to fall pregnant.

Question, was Mary the biological mother of Jesus(her egg used)?

No, I believe the Jesus, the man, the individual human is God by default via Col 2:9 AFTER his God raised him from the dead and made him a quickening omnipresent spirit.

You believe God is a God/man mix.

I believe God is inside an entity .....man.

What you are supporting here is Arianism, which taught that Jesus, as the Son of God was created by God. In the First Century it was viewed as a non-Christian cult that was dividing the Christian church. It was believed that those who held to Arianism were not truly born again of the Spirit of God, but were of another spirit.

That is a mixture of the Arian heresy and Mormon doctrine.

no no Paul...please don't make it into something I'm not saying or supporting.
'Original sin' is a definition coined by man....it isn't mentioned in scripture.....soooooo, I'm trying to get a handle on what you mean.
I don't believe you mean that A&E's sexual activity is defined as such.....that would be primitive and ignorant beyond words.

None of these events happened to Jesus?...
