Here is a view of what I think:

Jesus is not God’s Son in the sense of a human father and a son. God did not get married and have a son. God did not mate with Mary and, together with her, produce a son. Jesus is God’s Son in the sense that He is God made manifest in human form (John 1:1, 14).

Jesus is God’s Son in that He was conceived in Mary by the Holy Spirit. Luke 1:35 declares, “The angel answered, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.’”

God is spirit. Spirit gives birth to spirit. NOT flesh.

Flesh gives birth to flesh. People are too quick to equate one with the other, while scripture makes it clear that the physical and the spiritual are separate. "The holy one" is not flesh, but spirit. The son of God HAS to be spirit and not flesh because the Father in heaven is spirit and not flesh. I know this idea is upsetting to many. That doesn't change anything. People get trapped by their ideas and some never escape those prisons of their own making.

How could He have suffered all things that we do if He was not in flesh and blood? He was the only person to ever have lived a sinless life as He had the Spirit of God in Him.

If you ever notice, "the Son of God" is almost always written as capitalized. This is how you know it is a title. The VOICE translation captures it nicely via equivalent titles. God's Anointed, includes the likes of David. The king is the king among men, i.e., the Liberating King. There is a certain logic that X and the son of X cannot be one and the same Being. Notice how the VOICE translation makes emphasizes this fact with identifying Jesus as the son of One (the Blessed One) and not (another) One himself?

I've given you 3 good scriptures saying Jesus came in the flesh, I believe He was fully God and fully man.
I mean, it wasn't a spirit that was crucified and tortured, the Spirit in Him, same as the one in true Christians is how He drew His strength as the human side of Him suffered horribly, and warring against the Spirit as He was tempted in all ways we are.

No. “Jesus” spoke the word of the Father- the word of spirit ‘by’ the spirit that was in him. He stated this plainly. He became that anointed messenger/prophet/spokesperson/voice/word.

I believe Jesus is the Son of God, and that there is a God the Father separate personage. And then there is the Holy Ghost. That is the essence of the trinity doctrine, and it appears correct if it states that they are all God in different personages.

Jesus did not become the Son of God at that time. He was ETERNALLY the Only Begotten Son of God (also called "the Word of God" in John 1:1). Yes, it should seem pretty obvious that God can command the physical realm with the Holy Spirit. Genesis speaks of God's spirit creating the Universe. Jesus commanded the elements probably with the Holy Spirit. And there is Jesus Body conceived with the Holy Spirit.
