More to the point, why hasn’t he been removed/killed yet

Stop putting him ahead of billions of us and let us out
Satan can only do what God allows.
God made Satan lord of this world.

There's a deeper meaning behind Satan than what we've been lead to understand.

Heartless unChristian posts here. It is not best for a whiny evil fallen angel to be a “god” while billions of us suffer and die
This has always been a great mystery. God could have cast Satan and all his evil angels directly and immediately into the Lake of Fire. Instead He allowed them freedom to wreak havoc on earth. We really do not have a good answer for this anomaly. The only explanation that makes sense is that evil spirits are allowed freedom in order to test human beings. Temptations and tests are interchangeable words. So God wants to test every person. He wants to see if we will choose good over evil, righteousness over sin.

Not really.
One either knows Christ or they don't.

That which tolerates and enables what God/Jesus judged abomination does not.
But you seem to be suggesting that as soon as we get to know Jesus, we become perfect. I don't think we become perfect that quickly.

I didn't say that we become perfect.

I said Christians don't support murdering unborn babies.

It doesn't take time to arrive at that conclusion. It takes a conscience. Christian or otherwise.

Do you support abortion if the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother?

I am reading into Smith Wigglesworth. One day he had a visitor who wanted badly to see him. As the visitor approached his house Smith Wigglesworth opens the door and asks him what is under his arm. A newspaper he explains. Now Smith Wigglesworth claimed he had no books in his house save his bible. He then proceeds to tell the visitor he will not allow that paper in his house. The visitor then tosses the newspaper and enters the house for quality conversation.

Smith Wigglesworth was a plumber whose wife taught him to read. All he read was the Bible. When going through the many hours of online videos I have learned that this is a must for spiritual health. A lot of Satan's subtle ways comes into our house via the media. If we are not careful we will be left powerless as we sit and worry over the fate of the world.
This world we're living in, which Satan is the ruler of, is going to be destroyed by God. So I agree we should not worry over the fate of the world we're living in. This world we're living in is going to be destroyed, nothing is going to stop God from doing that, and we should be happy when God does destroy this wicked world we're living in that's rule by Satan.

It is impossible to miss that Satan rules here. In my view we're living the tribulation.

That would explain everything.
