I am sorry, I just don't trust Red States, as I am sure there are people here who don't trust Blue States.

I don't trust any states. I trust God.
But if you want to be partisan and break it down along party lines...
Give me a Red state any day of the week.
Mine is purple by the way. Only thing holding it that color is RINO Susan Collins.

You say God told you to take the jab, but the only ones I hear pushing it is the Government.

Look closely at HOW and from WHAT they used , to do their research.
Right off the back of aborted fetal cells .

To the OP, please do not listen to the naysayers. To be honest, this is the worst place to come to for advice on health issues.

Talk with your doctor, and talk to several doctors if needed. Pray to God about it as I did. I have moderate to severe asthma. There are immunocompromised family members in my life. When I prayed to God, I was given peace about getting the vaccine. God gave me the go-ahead to get vaccinated. I haven't gotten boosters, but that's because of me and not the boosters.

So, get advice from several doctors and pray about it. Just don't get your advice here on health matters.

And yes, I just gave my advice, but my advice is not to listen to people here and go elsewhere.

I got all of the Covid vaccinations so far....no problems.

But now I am mainly inside my apartment as I am a senior citizen and don't walk as easily. So I don't come into contact with many people.

And since the new vaccine.... SpikeVax....had a warning that some kind of rare heart issue could happen, that is why I thought about if I should get it or not.

Are you speaking for God? God indeed did tell me to get the booster. Just because you don't agree with the vaccine or booster, doesn't mean God didn't tell me to get the vaccine.

I went to a doctor 8 years ago for a blockage in my main artery. He said I had a year to live.

I could of listened to him or trust God.

It's been 8 years going on 9 and I'm still here.

I've been drinking coffee since I was 3 years old. I dont drink anything but coffee day and night.
But i did remove the real poison... sugar.

Ya know, I had a friend tell me about native American skulls they found before and after white man introduced sugar into their diets. Before sugar the skulls had a full set of teeth. After the sugar they all had missing teeth.

So I took his advice and removed sugar from my diet, which I also have reactive hypoglycemia so it was good medically. I just had a dental checkup which was way too long since my last, like 3-4 years. And no cavities.

I wrote a thread some years ago when I first came here called "How sweet it is"

I talked about my health and my artery blockage (Occlusion of the Aorta) problem.
I did a lot of research on the cause, and I found that sugar scratches the lining of your arteries.
Then the scratches create a place for cholesterol to build up in those arteries.
After time that cholesterol becomes chrystallized and hard and blocks the flow of blood.
My blockage is just below the belly button to the groin area, which restricts blood flow to my legs.
When I walk it's like trudging through cement. I have to stop so many feet to let the blood build up again so I can move a few more feet.
And every time I move a few feet I have to stop sooner and sooner until I have to sit for awhile.
I can't go food shopping anymore. I can't walk the aisles so I have my groceries delivered.
I miss picking out my own food and looking at the items on the shelves. But it is what it is.

My Ex-husband had the same thing only his was higher and it was restricting blood flow to his kidneys and other organs.
He opted to get an operation which fully replaced his aorta with a plastic tube.
He past away last October. In the beginning there was some improvement but it didnt last.
$400,000.00 later he was gone.

Now, I'm not anti-sugar. I still put a little in my apple pie and bread pudding, and I mean a little.
But I dont drink fizzy drinks and I dont eat a lot of prepared foods.
My dad is borderline diabetic and for years his girlfriend fed him everything from pastries to twinkies to sugar cookies.
We don't have these here. And I've seen a big improvement in his health since he came to stay with me in April.

Sometimes you just have to take things into your own hands and decide for yourself,
Are you going to listen to all the advertisements on tv telling you only drugs can fix the problem, or are you going to use some commonsense?

I opt for commonsense everytime.

On TV commercials here they are saying to get the new booster....called SpikeVax...they also mentioned rare occurrence of something to do with the heart.

So that's why I was wondering whether to get it since I don't come into contact with many people.

Also, since my mom is homebound (only sees me), 93 and has an irregular heartbeat, I thought maybe she shouldn't get this booster.

I don't have any magic answers of definitive truth.

Here's what I do know...
The mRNA vaccines work with your immune system to provide immunity. If you have a functional immune system....if you don't then the shot is worthless. At 90-something it is likely that the immune system is kaput. (But not always)

The young people...under 25 years of age tend to have a 0.02% chance at having a heart issue from the lipids in the mRNA shot. Over 98% of the shot are Filtered out through the liver and deposited in the WC. That last 2% actually makes it to the local lymph nodes and gets signaled to the other nodes and other portions of your body to produce antibodies against the virus. (Antibodies are poisons your body produces)

The first shots produced by Oxford/AstraZenneca and Johnson&Johnson are the exact formula for vaccine shots that drugmakers were warned against using in the strongest terms possible because of the increased side effects of GB syndrome in patients used on this class of virus. (They knew precisely what would happen and why) These drug makers were informed and did it anyway. They knew they could squeak through the trials and that the side effects wouldn't arrive until it was too late. Because the government has rules it had to follow and were desperate for a vaccine. That's the real dirty secret. They knew and did it anyway. The mRNA vaccines by far had better success rates and fewer side effects but the two big drug makers had no technology to produce mRNA vaccines. So they went forward with what they knew would have the side effects anyway because it would still save lives moreso than doing nothing. And the Government let them.

It was a numbers game and the virus was winning. That 6% mortality rate from Covid was only the start as resources dried up...it was going to rise to 20% very quickly.
Even post survival, those once infected have only a 60-70% chance at full recovery....the rest will lose cognitive function, have an auto immune disorder, decreased fertility, or some other endocrine disorder which includes liver, kidneys and excretion glands.
