If only there were someone honest enough to pick apart Putin's arguments without adding their own spin. My impression was simply that he is slimey and I had trouble watching the whole thing.

He's an ex KGB office that served under communism so of course he's slimey. Our politicians are just as slimey.
The bottom line is the west has been wanting to put nuke on Russa's border ever since the cold war.

Just like back when Russia put nukes in Cuba back with RFK was pres, we objected to their actions and we were willing to go to war with Russia if they did not remove the nukes.

So Russia is basically doing what we did back in the 60s and nobody had a problem when we objected but they do when Russia objects and went to war over it.

The US has a long history of putting our noses in other countries business and now it's coming back to haunt us which will eventually lead to the US being irrelevant on the world stage and our dollar no longer being the world's currency standard and we;ll go back to 1929 but with much higher unemployment as the dollar crashes.
