I had the biopsy Thursday and will get the results on the 23rd. They told me not to do anything strenuous for a few days so I can’t workout. I will resume working out Wednesday.

I had an MRI and I have several issues with my back but what is causing the most pain is arthritis pressing on nerves. Hi Randy,
I do remember your initial post and have prayed that God would deliver you from one of the worst kinds of pain, nerve pain/sciatica. Nothing touches this constant demon, no drugs or pills, shots did not a thing for me but, I sure hope they will for you. I will pray for you now.

Thank you. I have RFA again on the 25th and eventually will have to have knee replacement on both sides.
But it’s sleep problems that lead to anxiety.
I’m feeling much better thanks for the prayers.
