Taking care of ourselves physically does help alot with being able to focus our minds. I workout 2 hours a day which is a bit excessive, i think even just a half hour a day people will see benefits who dont normally exercise

There is good chemistry in the body and mind that is supported by exercise. Yes, I completely agree with you, and I need to keep this in mind as I do battle in the mind!
