Daniel 8:13 by the little horn person is time of the end, i.e. this present generation, i.e. during our lifetime..

In Daniel 8:25, the little horn person attempts to stand up against the Prince of princes but is broken apart from human hand.

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

Sadly, people have been humanising the beast and the false prophet and missing the fact that Satan, the Beasts and the False prophets are wicked fallen heavenly hosts who have revolted with Satan against God.

PS: - I was publishing this same understanding back in the days of Prophecy Talks before the owner was forced to close the site down because of the problems he was coping with because of one or two members on that board. The believed that their understanding was the correct understanding and in fact one of those members could list 14 entities that were associated with the Daniel 7 and the Book of Revelation beast prophecies. Much has changed since then to refute the flawed understandings of that time.

Yes yes, I'm familiar that the Jews want to build another temple, so what? they may as well build another ark with jet fighters and missiles.

You misunderstand the OT prophecies. Why? because the central point of the scripture has escaped you and therefore has hamstrung your understanding. You no doubt will deny this. Ok, you are then left with your theology just as the Jews were (and still are) when they crucified their Messiah......denying him nationally ever since. Been there, done that. And he still there. Just not the temple you envisage.

The temple to be built on the temple mount, by the Jews - what do you think the Jews will call it ? The temple of God? or the temple of someone, or maybe something else ?

Doesn't matter what the Jews call it, the prophecy is about what the holy Spirit inspired Paul to call it... the temple of God. Your temple in Jerusalem won't be it.

The end times have a Jewish flavor to it - not the papacy.

It has both. And we aren't talking about some distant time frame. The end times are now. And the papacy is deeply involved, and so is the church... spiritual Israel.

The lie will be the revealed man of sin's claim of having achieved God-hood. The strong delusion is that after the revealed man of sin is assassinated (Ezekiel 28:1-10), God is Who brings the person back to life in Isaiah 14:18-20.

I ask the above questions of everyone. Who has what it takes to face up to the false narrative of modern dispensationalism and the deceptions a misdirection of false prophecy can bring. The false prophecies regarding a future temple and blasphemously calling it "the temple of God" and associating it with antichrist has so deeply affected American Christianity it has impacted political foreign policy.
And all the while the true antichrist is laughing at the confusion he has created, and gloats to himself as to how cleverly he has deceived the world into looking for him in the completely wrong direction, and leans over the back fence inviting you to a community barbecue.

That may be true but it doesn't negate the fact that they are seriously planning to build a temple in Jerusalem. My understanding is that the Jews believe the Messiah cannot come unless there is a temple.

Despite all the evangelical rhetoric surrounding the subject and the political focus of American foreign policy, Israel is not the nucleus of prophecy.
Please explain how Christians can so readily recognise that Babylon the Great is a spiritual entity and a metaphor for apostasy and global rebellion in the last days, but take Israel/ Jerusalem literally? Why would God be so inconsistent in His Revelation, having 2 cities from history being so diametrically opposed to one another, one representing rebellion and Satan's 5000 year old vehicle for attacking truth and the purposes of God, the other God's vehicle through which to bring forth the Messiah and spread truth and righteousness and hope throughout the earth, and while one becomes the spiritual home of every form of wickedness and evil, the other... well, what is the other doing H2H? It's a secular nation of faithless people of many nations, very few of them actually from Palestine, many of which having no Hebrew heritage at all, a nation set up by political allies to those who control spiritual Babylon. But Jesus never chose Israel as His vehicle through which to spread and teach truth, righteousness, and hope. In fact, He outright rejected the nation, and chose 12 individuals through which He formed the foundation of a church, a spiritual global nation of kings and priests, chosen and Spirit led front line warriors for Christ. Some of them were Jewish. And for a time those Jews thought they were it. But God had other plans. First Peter, them Paul and others, learned that God's kingdom isn't about Israel. It's about the world. Jew and Gentile. It's a kingdom not of this world, but a movement directed and empowered from Heaven. It isn't political. It isn't concerned with territory, personal political aspirations, control, or in establishing an earthly reign. Is a spiritual movement... it's spiritual Israel, and spiritual Babylon's mortal enemy. We fight not against flesh and blood, and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. One day many Jews will accept Christ after the latter rain falls and the whole world become embroiled in religious fervour and debate over right and wrong, truth and error, and which gospel is true. Babylon's false gospel as being taught by the 3 frog like demons from the mouth of the dragon, the antichrist, and the false prophet (i have more to say on that), or God's 3 angel's messages being taught by the church? Propecy isn't about Israel. It's about the church and God's final revelation of love, joy, peace, truth and righteousness in His people. His righteousness. His truth. His character formed in His children, the image of Jesus, a bride prepared without blemish and without spot. The church is the final Revelation of Jesus Christ and the Father, and the final vindication for all that God has accomplished through man since creation. It is the final vindication of God's true character, and the final proof that Satan is a liar.
Prophecy isn't focused on Israel. That's just one of the many deceptions of these last days. A teaching that is less than 200 years old. You've been had.

I believe everything happening in Israel has to do with prophesy. So we are just at a point to agree to disagree. God Bless.

Jay, the persons who become the beast-king, the false prophet, the ten kings, will all have a known record of when they were born, where they were born, and their ages based on when they were born.

Fallen angels, on the other hand, will not have those sort of records. Showing up out of nowhere on earth to become kings ? No.

H2S. I'm sure you have noticed, the Messiah has been and gone. And when He returns, He isn't touching ground, He's coming to take His bride to meet His Father. He doesn't need a fake temple to do that.

My point exactly. And they are believing the lie...2 and a half billion Catholics joining with billions of Muslims, Hindus, Protestants and growing. Include the Mullins of secular non religious people who admire the papacy and hang on every word the pope says, and you have almost the whole world fulfilling prophecy before your very eyes. And even you are under that came strong delusion, and cannot see it.
