Here's good news from the good people down in Texas!

Apparently there were an islamic community being planned outside of Dallas that was supposed to be governed by shariah law meaning it would be a no go zone like some of the blue states allow. Hopefully Trump will do something about that and shut them down.

the State of Texas is aware of this and is not going to allow it to happen. Here's the link to read about it:

Texas Land Commissioner to Newsmax: 'Sharia Law Is Not Acceptable'

Texas State Land Commissioner Dr. Dawn Buckingham told Newsmax on Wednesday a planned Islamic community outside Dallas is not going to be allowed.

Buckingham told Newsmax's "National Report," "We have multiple agencies looking at it, but the real concern is that Sharia law is not acceptable in Texas or anywhere else in America. Our American Constitution laws are the ones that we follow."

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says his office has identified the planned community development known as "EPIC City," as directly connected with the nearby East Plano Islamic Center and that the center is the "only beneficiary of profits" from EPIC City.

Buckingham said a community operating under Islamic Sharia law inside the United States, let alone Texas, will not be allowed as it is a threat against America. "So we have a lot of concerns about this development and you know we've found plans, documents from previous investigations into terrorists, that what they want to do is a civilian type revolution within the United States, to base us from, who we are, and then take us over, which we're just not going to let happen."

Along with her office, Gov. Greg Abbott has a team investigating the development and together they plan to block it one way or another. "To just be sure that the laws of our state and nation are followed and that we do not allow a Sharia court, law, or system to develop within our boundary," Buckingham added.

She predicted that eventually the land would go back up for sale once developers realize a designated Islamic community in Texas won't be allowed to establish itself. "It'll get developed otherwise in a normal process," she said.

I don't know how a local government could uphold religious law without violating the the separation of church and state in the establishment and free exercise clauses of the constitution.

The "separation of Church and State" was imposed by the constitution to do away with everyone being the same religion as the king so you could choose your own religion

And rather that religion be a Christian church established by the king of england. Or by local leadership trying to establish Islamic government, it would not be allowed under the constitution.

I'd like President Trump and Congress to declare the USA a Christian nation into law. It shouldn't be that way, but now is the time to do it, before it's too late. President anti-Christ, I mean Obama, declared the USA was not a Christian nation.

Technically the constitution says Congress shall pass no law interfering with people's right to observe the religion of their choice.

Nothing in the Constitution that says local government cannot allow a religious community to rule themselves within their jurisdiction since states have the ability to rules themselves in these matters.

There are already areas in the US that are ruled under sharia law and disallows non moslems from living there and disallows local law enforcement and courts to have jurisdiction and these places are of course in blue states (Michigan, and Minnesota)

trying to establish Islamic government, it would not be allowed under the constitution.

The federal government did not stops this from happening in Michigan, and Minnesota even under Trump so far.

Maybe Trump will target this nonsense before he finished his term or the deep state takes him out and the democrats are calling for.

President anti-Christ, I mean Obama, declared the USA was not a Christian nation.

That was just his opinion and it was never made in to law.

And you do realize that the majority of what most people call Christianity today is actually doctrines of demons right?

The Lord foretold us in His Word that in the end times (which started when Jesus came in the flesh) many would come in His Name and would deceive many. There is massive false doctrine now and most "Christians" cannot tell the true doctrine from false doctrine resulting from being deceived themselves.

The insistence that all who claim to be Christian are actually Christians is in and of itself a doctrine of demons

Did I demand that you rely on me and not the Holy Spirit somewhere in my post?

Those that rely on the Holy Spirit are led by the Holy Spirit to accept and honor what God says in His Word.

This is how we know it's the true Holy Spirit.

The fake holy spirit (demons) seek to get people to ignore God's Word and those individuals are the tares Jesus warned about.

This isn't debatable. The is no fake holy spirit. That is Satan talking to you. Find that in the bible.

The parables of tares and wheat is bout Satan's seeds and Christ's own chosen growing in the world together. False doctrines abound and the world has entered churches in music and preaching. However, Jesus still talks to His sheep, and they know His voice and the Holy Spirit tells us what is to come. John 16:13

Separation of Church and State, IS bare bones..
That there IS No Religious Requirement the Government can Impose on its Citizens.

It does Not “Prohibit” it Citizens, it’s “Elected / Appointed” Servants FROM “Having / Revealing” their own personal Religious Beliefs.

The newly established US Government Declaring its INDEPENDENCE from Britain, Spain, France, Mexico, Native Indians, etc., (through a series declarations, Purchases, Wars, negotiations, etc. HELD ONE Standard AND Principle….
For IT’S Governance;
And that ONE Standard AND Principle paralleled, mimicked, modeled, was Established According TO:
The Standard and Principles of The Express Lord God Almighty.

Glory to God,

I would hope this is quashed asap.

I have family who have experienced the no-go-zone Sharia law bigotry. They are neighbors to the Islamic property allowed to exist in Dearborn Michigan. It is a nightmare.

I pray the separation clause in our U.S Constitution is used to stop this. Because maybe if that happens in Texas it will free other States as well.

there aren't any Muslims in Heaven.

This is true.

Heaven has very strict immigration policies and even many who claim to be Christian will not be allowed in due to their false doctrine and their heart being far from the Lord as they confess they believers.

The Standard and Principles of The Express Lord God Almighty.

The United States was not actually established as a Christian nation

Many of the founding fathers were high ranking member of the masonic lodge who believed satan is the one true God.

They desired to be free to practice their dark religious beliefs so they put in religious freedom

The joke is on those who believe the US is a Christian nation.

I pray the separation clause in our U.S Constitution is used to stop this.

It won't be because the Constitution only says Congress shall make no laws against religious freedom

This means islam could take over entire states and nothing can be done about it under the Constitution

Yes, based upon God's Word according to Jesus - See John 16:13, and John 17:17

Those thinking the Holy Spirit is leading them independently of what God has already said in His Word are in reality being led by demons

This is how Adam and Eve were deceived because they failed to accept and adhere to God's Word.

I disagree nothing can be done about it under our U.S Constitution.

Sharia is a system of government within Islam.

America is a Republic. A Constitutional Democratic Republic.
The Constitution is a federal law. Federal law supersedes State law.

Congress may not establish a national religious construct in America. Which means also,no religious group can establish a religious system of government in America.

Not even on land in Texas.
