What i told you came from JUDE, regarding where this "license to sin" concept originated.

Yes, the Gnostics also taught "licentiousness" (which 1 John was, in part, written to refute), and, yes, the two (license and OSAS) may, on one hand, be related; however, for the purposes of this thread, the topic is OSAS, and how, in its history, we see that the Church fought against OSAS as part of its fight against Gnosticism, because the OSAS doctrine was unique to Gnosticism.

Though I haven't found a single honest believer in OSAS--they are, to a man or woman, incapable of honesty or consistency--part of the issue with "Behold" may be a language barrier. He has said he lives in Israel, so maybe English isn't his first language.

There are issues of the foundations of salvation in all the churches I have attended. If I were to "threaten" someones salvation...

OSAS - Raise eyebrows.... "Are you trying to threaten my salvation?"
Non OSAS - Probably wouldn't see them again

Believing in your heart that you are secure in your salvation is huge.
If the foundations of salvation are set you won't hear of that individual backsliding back into the world. Thus the saying....

The Methodist practice it

Go to a church these days and try a OSAS discussion. You will likely get a strange look and a... What??? Even in Baptist churches these days such a discussion will give people the feeling that you are a troublemaker.

I'm secure in my Salvation and never ran into a Gnostic that admitted it. I preach OSAS, it is here and now. If you are looking for someone with the same thought as you, good luck. Let go and let God do His sanctifying work in you. .

After Jesus gave Paul all the Church Doctrine and "The Gospel of the Grace of God"...... Paul was accused of preaching liscense to sin, once he started preaching the Real Gospel.
So, anytime Paul's Gospel is revealed today...., is taught correctly, then self righteous people will accuse the Preacher -Teacher of the Same.
These are religious people who try to use a christian forum prove they have no real in trust in Christ to keep them saved.
So, this type will use videos, commentaries, online sites.......whatever they can dig up, to try to prove that their salvation can be lost.
Now, Salvation Is Jesus on The Cross, and once God has provided the "divine eschange"= whereby a sinner's sin is placed on Jesus who died for them, and "Christ's righteousness" is imputed, charged, and delivered to the Believer as "The Gift of Righteousness" and "The Giff of Salvation" and "The Gift of Eternal Secuirty"..then the born again believer is eternaly secure in God's Salvation, because God's Salvation through Christ is Eternal.
