Well if they start that up in the US it'll be open season on mexicans.

Maybe the Mexicans are on about wealthy people coming in and buying up Houses and Land. and not fitting in with the Mexicans ?

I have never met one person who is not a racist in my whole life !
To be a Racist nowadays means, that the issue is now only coming from the Communist opinion line ! that we have been force to adopt for say 30 years in only that simplistic possition has been ramped up !
Their is nothing wrong with Mexicans or Negros etc etc from having their own opinion about another Race or Culture differences or Class related issues ! for such are True issues ! But the Communist Line is that no one has a right to any opinion, or else ! such is made tabboo !

In Australia in the 70' 80's etc people would come to my State QLD from NSW or VIC and they had huge amount of money when selling up down their and they earnt more money, but most were retiring up here for the warmer weather as well, but talk about how stuck up they were 24/7 ranting and raving about QLD and the people here ?
They were demanding everything be their way in fact !
They had totaly no respect for Queenslanders or our Government ! yet they knew bugger all about our State nor cared less in fact ! they worked to only undermine our State in fact ! they came only to exploit us ! use us only for their own gain.
When we were pointing out that they had no idea, what they were truly on about, they could not care less, as that was not an issue to them.
They had no intention to build the State yet wanted everything !
QLD was a State that was growing and had no great wealth as down South was so wealthy, that one could be an idiot fool and have no regards as to have to work together, so as to build growth of an economy ?
Typical of City people who have no regards the rest of the state at all, as it was all about themselves only !
On Issues regarding our Aboriginals, they the white city dupes, where the ones who caused key problems for the future of such people as well, because they did not care for reality, they did not know such people at all ! just like they were to QLD was the same deal of total ignorance 24/7, for it was They from the City once again who knew best !
