Jesus described two births when he witnessed to Nicodemus.
First birth was 'water.'
A mother breaks water when a infant is about to be born.
That birth = human.
The second birth was being begotten by the Holy Spirit.
The Spirit begets spirit.

With the city whose builder and maker is GOD .

And of course those who RECEIVE Jesus Christ means they CHOSE HIM, which means those who are 'called' only, for His chosen ones HE Himself chose to receive unto Himself before the foundation of the world.
So STAY... in Christ, waiting on Him, and become part of His body, His Church, and not man's idea of church.
