Due to warnings about caffeine use, I switched to half-Caff coffee.
What I discovered is that I didn't miss the full-caffeine coffee I had been drinking.
I was fine with half-Caff. But here's the question...

If I drink a second cup of half-Caff coffee, isn't that equal to one cup of full-Caff coffee?
I use a Keurig coffee maker, so each cup is equal.

Yes it's equal. lol I don't miss it either. I don't have a keurig since I don't like heating plastic near food.
I use a combo of regular and decaf to make it half caffeine. Works for me

Thanks.
When my wife makes coffee in a French press she does the half and half grind.
Definitely better coffee than my daily Keurig.

my advice
be sure to paper filter your coffee .
OR watch them cholesterol levels rise .
I haven't bought coffee for a long time.

Once in a while I buy a jar of decaffeinated instant coffee. Would decaf instant make cholesterol rise?

So you don't know?
As I understand it, moderate coffee consumption is actually good for you.
How is your blood pressure? (5-6 cups per day) ???

Do I need to dig up internet articles to prove my point?
Can you find articles that claim that heavy coffee consumption is harmless?

Yes, but you'll make up for it by peeing twice as much.

My blood pressure is obviously better than yours

Can you find articles that claim "heavy" consumption of anything is harmless?

BTW it's pretty important to have water right?

Hows that count been .....
Filtering it removes much of what causes cholesterol to rise .

Even a healthy person can die from caffeine overdose and/or heart failure brought on by a lethal amount of caffeine, which can vary from person to person.
