That’s exactly the problem—people keep trying to make
Revelation 13:17 about a gadget, chip, or barcode when the Bible is clearly dealing with
spiritual buying and selling and worship. The mark isn’t about technology—it’s about
who owns your mind (forehead) and your actions (hand). Duh! Think about it, if I get a chip on my LEFT hand, I won't lose my salvation. But if it get a chip on my RIGHT hand, I will lose salvation. This is not how God's Word is talking about!
Scripture interprets Scripture:
- Revelation 14:9–10 – The mark is tied to the buying and selling DOCTRINES of the beast, not owning a microchip in order ot buy or sell physical foods.
- Deuteronomy 6:6–8 – God’s commandments were to be as a sign on the hand and between the eyes (forehead)—symbolic of thinking and doing according to His Word.
- Revelation 13:16–17 – “Buy and sell” is spiritual language for trading in the truth for lies, not swiping a debit card or scanning a chip.
Yes, governments and companies already use chips and digital IDs—but the real danger is
spiritual deception, not an RFID scanner. You could refuse a chip and still bear the mark if you worship the beast. Or you could take every chip in the world and still be safe if you are sealed by Christ and
nothing in the world can take you out of His hand, John 10:28-30.
The enemy wants people distracted by tech conspiracies so they miss the
actual mark—rejecting God’s truth in favor of the beast’s lies.
Wow! I did not know that. Did they lose their salvation over the foods they purchased, or unlock their home door with the chips already? This is how stupid carnal speculations are.
