I'll take that as a concession that a) The 1 Kings text does say that Evil spiritual beings do ontologically exist; and b) God uses them for His purposes.
I guess what you’re asking is for me to take your response and perspective more seriously, and I realize I may not have done that as much as I should have.
In my early days, I found this passage a bit perplexing, but once you become more familiar with Scripture, the account starts to make a lot more sense.
Personally, I don't see any issue with understanding this as a real occurrence. In other places, angels are referred to as "spirits" (e.g., Heb 1:13-14). Also, there's a connection to what Micaiah says he saw and what Paul writes in 2 Thess. 2:10-12. Regarding the "man of sin" and his followers, Paul says:
"...They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason, God sends them a strong delusion so that they will believe a lie and be condemned—all who did not believe the truth but delighted in wickedness."
Given that God uses angels to accomplish His will, and these individuals were already set on rejecting His truth, it doesn’t seem far-fetched to think God could send an angel to continue supporting the false messages of these prophets.
The real issue between us, Lambano, seems to be that you’re looking for these ethereal, evil spirits floating around the cosmos, but in reality, God has shown us that no power exists outside of His own.
How do you think God sends a strong delusion to people, and why would He do it? Can you think of a passage in Scripture that confirms this truth? Something about vessels of honor versus vessels of dishonor, perhaps?
Maybe you would try to stand on your morality and judge God, but the Bible doesn't approach things that way. A key principle is that God is not bound by the same laws He’s given to us. For instance, we are commanded not to kill, and it’s a sin if we do. But God can take life whenever He chooses. Similarly, with sending a delusion, the people God influences have already chosen to walk a sinful path, regardless of reason. God wouldn’t send a delusion to those who are truly seeking to love and serve Him.
One thing I do know Lambano is once again you claim fallen angels and I see a rare, possibly unique, insight into how the angels work to bring about God’s plan.
Hope that helps you in your search.
