If you study most of the Scripture (NT) dealing with the word satan it's more than not referring to the religious leaders of that time.

Well... It came to fall, just like the tower of babel, it was a foreshadowing and conclusion of the wrath of God upon the nation of Israel in that day in time, because they were so focused on worshipping the law, and also accusing their brethren, and putting them to death.

Well, if you mean that people are disagreeing with you when you say that Satan was the Pharisees, that is probably because we don't read that in the bible. Certainly Jesus said to some of His Jewish hearers that they were of their father the devil, but nowhere in the bible do we find any Pharisee called Satan.

That is why the epistles contain instructions for resisting the devil. I agree that he cannot accuse Jesus any more. Jesus is at His Father's right hand in heaven. They’ve been told that the devil was like a ventriloquist in Genesis 3"1, using the serpent for his own purposes. But when you ask them for evidence, they run straight to Revelation 12, the end of the Bible, which is a highly symbolic book, and even then, the story doesn’t support their claims.

When the Apostle Paul said to us to "prove all things", he meant all things!

How many times in this forum have you heard a believer say, "I can't provide the evidence you're asking for" or "Sorry, the backstory I believe isn’t in the Bible"? The reason for this is simple: it’s like pulling a critical card from a house of cards, the whole thing comes crashing down when the truth hits home.

Well I’m not an ordinary person believes just will nilly like that. I’m not special and nor am I looking for your guidance either just remember that.

I don’t believe the devil is around why? The Bible proclaims the devil, Satan, was done away with.

I believe we all wrestle with the darkness of our own hearts and make a choice to abide in Jesus who brings light.

Synagogue tells the reader the adversary is Jewish!...and not a fallen angel
