To save mankind from eternal death. Why did the Spirit drive Jesus into the Wilderness? For what purpose?
In Mark 1:12, the Spirit "drives" (Greek: ἐκβάλλει, ekballei — meaning "casts out") Jesus into the wilderness. This same verb root appears in John 2:15, where Jesus "drove out" (also ἐξέβαλεν, from ekballō) the money changers from the temple. Despite the different contexts, both passages use a forceful term implying urgent or authoritative expulsion.Yeah, in the text. Its in the text, just read it.

Why?
Why would the Spirit of God drive His Son out into the Wilderness to be tempted?
What did God do the first time?Am I supposed to know what that means?
And this is why I dont desire to speak with you everything is a game. Just post what you are looking at and dont make me fetch your stuff, post your things. What did God do the first time?
Matt 2:15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.Hosea 11:1 "When Israel was a child, I loved him, and out of Egypt I called my son."
Because Jesus is a tried stone.@Truly why did the Spirit drive Jesus into the wilderness to be tested?
"If you be the Son of God...."
To test if He was the Son of God and obedient under the most servere conditions.
Honestly, what you think up to have a conversation.@Truly
“And he was in the wilderness forty days, being tempted by Satan. And he was with the wild animals, and the angels were ministering to him.” Mark 1:13
If he failed what is the implication?
Correct he was a tried and tested stone!Because Jesus is a tried stone.
Isaiah 28:16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
Why do you ask when you can just search the 40 days and find out for yourself.Correct he was a tried and tested stone!
Why 40 days?
Israel’s failure Truly. Israel in Deut 8:3 all ended without perfection achieved...40 years in the wilderness which ended in failure. They could not obey the commandment. Why do you ask when you can just search the 40 days and find out for yourself.
Why are you asking me questions about this?Israel’s failure Truly. Israel in Deut 8:3 all ended without perfection achieved...40 years in the wilderness which ended in failure. They could not obey the commandment.
Everything God is putting His Son through in the Wilderness is no different to what He put Israel through in the Wilderness.
