You are like one fixated on a Temple of stone--lacking vision--not understanding the Temple only pointed to Christ, the temple of His body.

How will you ever come out of her if you will not be led, but prefer the cup she has mixed?
So explain how Christ has His temple sacrificed daily?

n other words, the overall timeframe of Daniel's seventy weeks--is rather seven "times" which began at the beginning--for the prophecy was for all of Daniel's people...all, meaning: since Adam.
Daniel's people were specifically the twelve tribes of Israel.

Daniel 9:20 And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the holy mountain of my God;

As a light unto the nations, yes, but the curse and the blessing was unto all people and every nation. Limiting the matter only to Israel, is not the greater message or plan of God for Israel, at all.

The Deuteronomy 31:1 blessing and curse contained in the Mt. Sinai covenant applies to Israel - not to all people and every nation.

In Daniel 9:2, it came into Daniel's mind that the number of years of the captivity God had told Jeremiah the prophet, as being seventy, were nearly over.

Motivating Daniel, beginning in Daniel 9:3 to pray a prayer of repentance for his people having transgressed the Mt. Sinai covenant which resulted in the Babylonian captivity - the curse portion of the Mt. Sinai covenant.

below, verse 1 - refers to the blessing and curse of the Mt. Sinai covenant.
verse 2 - refers to repentance from their sin, and return to obeying God

Deuteronomy 30:
1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,

2 And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;

3 That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee.

The daily sacrifice is daily. If you claim Jesus is that daily sacrifice, rather than the once and for all sacrifice He actually made, then prove it
I see. Sure:

The pattern or plan was first revealed by God in the seven days of creation, six days of God working, fallowed by His (eternal) rest. Within that prophetic foreshadowing revelation the terms were "daily", as "the evening and the morning", defined or explained as dividing "the light from the darkness"...which is true of every day from the beginning unto the end of time.

According to Daniel's prophecy the details of the fulfillment of the above preview by God, in the fulness of time Jesus the Messiah would come during His day and hour as "the light shines in the darkness" (John 1:5) after the pattern of the times revealed in creation. Notice, the verse ends in John 1:5 saying, "and the darkness did not comprehend it"--which is still the case even to this day, as is evident in my having to explain it--to those who still do "not comprehend it." Daniel's prophecy indicated that the time of His coming and sacrifice would be "in the middle" of the times. I am not going to do the math for you--because it was intentionally given to "confuse", prolonging the days "until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled" which were also included. But--very basically--there were roughly 4,000 times before, and 2,000 times after Christ: the six times of work divided, short of the seven times, "shortened; for the elect's sake" (which most do not factor into their math, causing a multitude of errors). But that is not the point--best to stay close to the original, unconfused words first given.

Following Christ, at Pentecost, began a more distinctive and revealing demonstration of the dividing of "the light from the darkness" introduced by Jesus as the distinct need to be "born again of the spirit of God." Which then was "daily" per person, "but each in his own order" as eluded to by Paul (still under the "restraint" of "confusion"). Which Jesus had arranged--per person--saying, "take, eat, this is my body" equating His own "day" and "hour" with those "in Him" in their own times. Which He has been doing by that individual, per person process, as He explained, saying "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."

For which the warning was given:

"And the Lord said, “Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season? 43 Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 44 Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all that he has. But if that servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk, 46 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. 48 But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few" (Luke 12:42-48).

Do you not understand that what Israel experienced was a light unto all nations and people--because it pertains to all?

That was because the week involved days. Nor was any of the days 'daily' whatsoever. The each were a once and final thing. You cannot go back to say, day 4 anymore. We do not even see the world daily in Gen!

Says who? In what was was the fact Jesus was the light of the word some replication of Gen creation week? Light was created on day two. Not one. Then mean on day 5 etc etc. Man was already here when Jesus came. Your attempted linking of the two is without substance.

Notice, the verse ends in John 1:5 saying, "and the darkness did not comprehend it"--which is still the case even to this day, as is evident in my having to explain it--to those who still do "not comprehend it."
So?? Of course the darkness did not receive or understand Him. Nothing to do with creation week or the daily sacrifice by priests. Nothing at all.

Daniel's prophecy indicated that the time of His coming and sacrifice would be "in the middle" of the times.
No. He pointed out the existing DAILY sacrifice would be stopped in the time of the middle of the seven years. Not that some daily sacrifice would pop up and stop and start one fine day in the last seven years!

I am not going to do the math for you--because it was intentionally given to "confuse", prolonging the days "until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled" which were also included.
What a joke. You cannot be clear because you claim the Scripture was to confuse us!

Nonsense. The daily sacrifice was not instituted for 4000 years before Jesus. Not even remotely close to that. Total hogwash.

and 2,000 times after Christ:
Again this is baloney. There was no daily sacrifice MOST of that time.

Nice idea. Do you think that in the USA 'we the people' actually run things?

Right now, the western provinces of the Canadian people are FED UP with the LEFTIST-SOCIALISTS running their country, and raping the wealth of those 4 western Canadian provinces. THUS I DON'T BLAME THEM FOR WANTING TO JOIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

God said it in the account of creation: "God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day"--since the "first day." Which, throughout the rest of scripture, is spiritually defined as good and evil.

If you do not hear what the Spirit says...you are not qualified to say one way or the other. The words are spirit, and spiritually discerned.

Israel experienced going into the Assyrian and Babylonian captivities, as the curse part of the Mt. Sinai covenant. All nations and people did not experience going into the Assyrian and Babylonian captivities - as they were not part of the Mt. Sinai covenant.

Daniels' people are Israel. The 70 weeks of years are determined upon Daniel's people and the holy city of Jerusalem.

Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Perhaps you need further explanation:

The dead in Christ (those who died before salvation came) were subject to God's dividing of light (day) meaning good, and darkness (night) meaning evil--just as those who were born after salvation had come at the time of Christ. Even all born under the sun.

But if you fixate upon the "daily sacrifice" as Daniel spoke of it--as a separate event--you will and apparently have, missed the very elementary truth of what He was saying, which God first spoke of in the beginning. In other words, Daniel's prophecy agrees with God's original word on the matter, but your understanding of it does not, because your own understanding is limited to making fragments of the truth from God into different contexts, which they are not--God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

What a joke. You cannot be clear because you claim the Scripture was to confuse us!
You deny then that "the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth." So be it.

You are not looking at the whole matter--not all scripture, but looking at each small point as not having continuity with the greater truth ("all truth") from God.

I have been speaking by the Spirit, referring to "all truth" as promised and foretold--but you do not "comprehend"--which is also written.

The actual truth is revolting to you just as it was among Israel when their time was at hand.

Even so, "strong delusion" was to come, as well as correction and "all truth." All of what was under "restraint" was to be unsealed and revealed. How is it that you have not expected these things that were written to those who would hear what the Spirit says? Why did you not make straight the way of the Lord, but have held to the doctrines and teachings of men with a closed fist?
