I guess this addresses the immigrant issue.

I don't have any resentment against immigrants or anyone else for that matter. All of my friends are immigrants... Guatemala, Mexico, Bangladesh, Ethiopia and India.

But this is a helpful video for someone that would struggle with forgiving others.

Short video but good.

Imagine if this principle was shared among world leaders who could stop resenting other nations who pretend to be superior but whose ethics are actually more despicable than the nations they are at odds with.....pointing fingers at one another while remaining just as guilty themselves? Greed for power and resources drives everything.

In a world ruled by the devil (1 John 5:19)...there are no “good guys”...just good liars....seasoned pretenders.

This man’s recommendations would be a recipe for world peace! But it will never be achieved by those who dictate our future because they never see, or portray themselves as “the bad guy”.....and clever propaganda will never allow their real agenda to be revealed so that the masses will support them without seeing the real problem. Patriotic sentiment will cover a multitude of sins....and justify the bloodshed. (Isa 1:15) :no reply:

My post addressed a single person who lives in Australia.
Unfortunately he is not the only person in the world to hold such views, if he holds them at all.
I live in Australia too. So how is your nation perceive by the rest of the free world.....if there is such a thing?

Dislike for America is coming from a great many of its own citizens right now, as they see their quality of life in that once prosperous nation, evaporate and descend into a picture of homelessness and poverty, even for those who still have a job. The current economic situation has created a whole new class of people, and not just in America, as the financial situation in all the nation’s economies are linked. A domino effect is inevitable.

The divide between the rich and the poor is gaining ground daily, as more and more people are forced to live in the tent cities that are now everywhere....havens for the homeless and hopeless. Local governments have no idea how to combat the problem that continues to escalate. Whole neighbourhoods are taken over with camper vans lining the streets and bringing in people who may pose a threat to those once safe neighbourhoods.

Do Americans have a persecution complex when people bring reality to their attention? No one likes it when their nation is criticised, but when the criticism is well founded how do you respond? What nation in existence today is not a product of failed human governments?
Is there a solution? If so, what do you think it might be?

No....what? There is no solution at all? Nothing God can do or will do to fix what is irreparably broken by man? Where is God in all of this?
No. I'm not going to allow you to inject your issues into something said to someone else.

I was asking you if there was a solution to the common problems we all suffer.....what are you objecting to?

....and there we have the real issue.....not allowing a reasonable discussion because of the need to maintain a persecution complex.
