On September 24 we’ll have another example in the books of the folly that is setting dates for the return of the Messiah.

Unless the dream or vision is in line with the scriptures, then this set of fancy mumbo jumbo is only hogwash.

There are still too many prophetic words which stretch into the distant future that need to be fulfilled before the return of Christ for the GWTR Judgement can occur.

I have written when I believe the return of Christ will occur, but I also know that I will have curled my toes upwards by that date.

Sadly, many Saints have a flawed understanding of the End Times and what will unfold over the rest of this age and the next.

He’s supremely confident, comparing himself with Moses, claiming that he heard it directly - “face to face” - from the lips of Jesus himself.

A billion percent guarantee.

Will you believe him? Will you trust him? Is he a true prophet or a false prophet?

As for me:

September 23/24 will come and go. The Messiah will not return on that date.

Whoever he spoke with “face to face“ - assuming that he really did speak with someone - it wasn’t Jesus of Nazareth, the Messiah, Son of the living God who told him this.

I don’t know when Jesus will return and I’m adamantly opposed to setting dates for when he will.

She prayed. She fasted. She sought confirmation and received it - she heard a song while waiting to use the facilities at a restaurant. The song contained a phrase which her husband had previously used in speaking to her in reference to the prophesied event.

In a you tube video viewed nearly 500,000 times, Pastor Joshua Mhlakela, a South African preacher, claimed Jesus appeared to him in a divine vision and said he would return during the Feast of Trumpets.

'The rapture is upon us, whether you are ready or not. I saw Jesus sitting on his throne, and I could hear him very loud and clear saying, I am coming soon,' Mhlakela said during the interview with CettwinzTV.

'He said to me on the 23rd and 24th of September 2025, I will come back to the Earth,' the pastor declared.

Another false teacher.
According to my information Jesus returns during the battle of Armageddon.
That battle has not started yet.

And during the rapture Christ does not touch the earth.

God will not back him up. His words are going to fall.

False prophets come and go. Don’t allow them to put you off on the way that leads to the life of the coming age.

What will happen to this man - and others like him - when the prophecy given by Joshua Mhlakela fails?

While we watch and wait: a look at what happened to the followers of another false prophet in 2011 -> 14 years ago.

“But I wanted to know what happens next. If you’re absolutely sure the world is going to end on a specific day, and it doesn’t, what do you do? How do you explain it to yourself? What happens to your faith in God? Can you just scrape the bumper stickers off your car, throw away the t-shirts, and move on?

In order to find out, I got to know a dozen or so believers prior ti the scheduled apocalypse. I sat at their kitchen tables, attended their meetings, tagged along on trips to Wal-Mart, ate pizza in their hotel rooms, spent hours with them on the phone. Matthew 24:29-31 tells us when God/Jesus will begin gathering His Saints to Himself.

29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.​

A passage from Isaiah 24:21-23 also tells us the same story: -

And on the earth the kings of the earth.​

22 They will be gathered together,​

And before His elders, gloriously.​

Perhaps our fear of having to endure pain is the collective downfall of many.
