Absolutely! And this of course is referring to our spirits - which have no nationalities or gender. But we do physically live and dwell in our fleshly bodies. There are makes and females, Greeks and Jews still.

  • Salvation comes by grace and not by race. Our ethnicity carries no favor with God.

  • Any other gospel is a false gospel. It is another gospel.
The whole notion of ethnicity deserving some type of special favor with God in our day is repeatedly and strongly blown out of the water in the New Testament. The religious Jews in Christ’s day were so consumed and deceived by their own self-importance and racial superiority that they missed the Messiah’s appearance. They proudly considered their circumcision or (Jewishness) to somehow be a meritorious sign of divine favor and spiritual dominance. They failed to see their privileged position amongst the nations as a manifestation of the God’s grace rather than something racially or religiously advantageous.

I'm not exactly sure what they would say, RDB, but I'll answer to this:
  • Jesus's Kingship in God's millennium is certainly not fabricated, by any stretch of the imagination... I think we all agree on that. And...
  • We all have part in it now. As Paul says, we who have been born again of the Spirit are alive together with Christ and raised up with Him and seated with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:5-6)
You'll agree with the first bullet point above, but I think they'll both agree with both. <smile>

If you are not, then you are in trouble. You are not His! Very sobering!!! This is the danger of dispensatanism.

Jesus said in John 3:3: "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again [Gr. anōthen], he cannot see the kingdom of God."

But the word “again” (in “born again”) is taken from the Greek word anōthen; meaning "from above."

When we get saved, when we are raised from the grave of our sin, we are birthed from above.

Interestingly, in the same chapter in verse 31, John the Baptist testified of Jesus, "He that cometh from above [Gr. anōthen] is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all."

Christ was a heavenly man who became an earthly man so that we earthly men could become heavenly men. He was from above. When Christ came to this earth mankind encountered heaven face-to-face. God had stepped out of eternity into time.

When we come to Christ, the world loses its charm. It is not our home. Heaven is! A Christian is no longer earth-bound or worldly, they are heavenly!

Ephesians 2:4-6 says, “God … hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”

Ephesians 1:3 also corroborates, saying, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”

How are we seated in heavenly places?

Because He is! Remember, we are in Him! We are one with Him! His life is our life. We are hidden in Him. He is our legal head!
  • He lived on our behalf.
  • He died on our behalf.
  • He rose from the dead on our behalf.
  • He reigns in heaven tonight on our behalf.
We are spiritually united to Him!

Jesus is described as “the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die” (John 6:50).

Jesus testified Himself in John 8:23: "Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world."

When we partake of Him we partake of the heavenly realm. It is this that gives us our citizenship is in heaven. It is this the causes us to lay up our treasure in heaven. We are no longer earthlings, but heavenly creatures.

Philippians 3:20 tells us that “our citizenship is [now] in heaven.”

Heaven is a different world. It is governed by different rules. It is different priorities. Its focus is the glory of God. Righteousness is everything. Justice prevails. Order is its environment. Peace, joy and rest are what results.

Hebrews 12:22 says (in the present tense), ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem.”

For Christians, our positional status should more and more become our experiential status, the more we grow in Christ.

But Daniel 9:24 declares that "Seventy weeks are determined..."
That's all seventy, including the seventieth.
Sixty-nine weeks have been fulfilled and determined.
But an unfulfilled seventieth week is decapitated, orphaned, and undetermined. It thus does not meet the requirement of the prophecy.
The seventieth week was fulfilled and determined by Messiah the Prince immediately after the sixty-ninth.
The Hebrew for "determined" is "chathak", meaning "to cut off". Daniel 9:24 Hebrew
That "cut off" occurred after the seventieth week to meet the requirement of the prophecy.
We are n"ot awaiting it.
Ok, lets take on one falsity at a time. the 70th week is in Revelation..Now the prophecy of Daniel 9:25.."Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times." Lets break it down in to three sections.."Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore " This is the commandment of Artaxerxes, The King giving Nehamiah the order to restore Jerusalem. This order had to be within the limits of Daniels prophecy since Cyrus had already given that order to restore the temple..However in the last part of Dan 9:25.."and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times." Because of waring factions around Jerusalem, the first ordere coudl not be met because of the attacks by these factions. From this point of March 14, 445BC, the time started for the 69 weeks which is given in full on 9:26 specifically dealing with the arrival to Jerusalem and His death (cut-off) ...Take note that the 70th week is 9:27 and it is dealing with what will be later called Jacob's Troubles (Last 3.5 years of the 70th week).

Now lets look at the center part of the 9:25 prophecy..
"to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: " This time period of 49 weeks (7x7) is the time it takes to rebuild Jerusalem and the temple.....It is also part of the 69 weeks, not the 70th week. Add together the threescore (60 years) plus the two weeks which equal 62 weeks. Now add the seven weeks and you get 69 weeks....

In Dan 9:27...
"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Now this 70th week (just 7 years) sees the antichrist (the son of perdition, the man of Sin) step up and protect a covenant with Israel and Many..The many are Death and Hell (same as read in Rev 6:7-8....You can also find what will happen in Isaiah 28, 14-21. This prophecy has not happened YET, it is future. Revelation contains Daniels 70th week starting at chapter 4 continuing in chapters 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18 with the summary being left to chapter 19.
