Well, according to Strong's Concordance, it means almighty:

"3841. pantokrator [pan-tok-rat -ore;] from 3956 and 2904; the all-ruling, i.e. God (as absolute and universal sovereign): Almighty, Omnipotent."

"Pan" means "all". "Krator" comes from "kratos", meaning "power." Nothing to do with being all-victorious.

Dunamis also means power. Thayer gives a better description, but the word is also masculine which is noun that delivers an action. The all-creating? I don't think so.

Yes, I do recall you are a Christadelphian. We spoke probably 20 years ago on carm before their new boards started.
It's a darned shame that all of those threads are gone. We really had some good deep discussions. Many of those strong Christian apologists are no longer with us.
The JW and Christadelphian boards over there are now deserted by their members. Seems they come here to post incognito instead of a board designated for defending their own beliefs.
I appreciate that you are forthcoming- you always have been kind.
