I think of the basic churches which break down to three types:
1. Orthodox
2. Protestant
3. Altered Old, New Testament Doctrines
Question: Does your church follow the directions from Christ and his disciples contained in the old and new testaments. God has often altered from true direction to lesser truth due to the hardness of the hearts of the followers. That simple truth can be found throughout the bible narrative. Like parable given instead of pure truth given to his disciples. God awaiting the time when we are ready to receive his true direction. Milk for the babes in Christ until they are ready for meat as adults and elders.
Within those basic churches are numerous divisions per church type. Perhaps there are more?
As a young Christian I engaged in a spirit filled church. As I went on and received witness the holy spirit would ask me if I believed some belief being taught on some specific topic. I wasn't sure sometimes. That brought the concept of doubt of the doctrine being presented.
Over the years I began to recognize different deceptions which were false beliefs some Christians were teaching.
As I think back I remember having doubts in my church back then. They would appear in the heart of emotional feelings. It appeared right and also wrong.
Jesus the Christ came to me as well as the Holy Ghost and Heavenly Father. They taught me many truths and pointed out dark spots within the basic three church groups.
Those dark spots are the deceptions tempted, presented and forced into church belief areas by Satan and his dark spirits. They are spirits that are spiritually dead and bare death as a spirit work which is presented as pure darkness and deception.
They can cause harm to mankind thru deceptions. People caught in deceptions can, in fact, harm themselves and others engaging in actions directed from darkness and deception. Like waking up in the middle of the night without a light and stumbling or falling and getting harmed.
Paranoia gained from deceptions about a person, place or thing is a state of mind that is not aware of the partial, or entire truth of a subject based on facts. Paranoia can lead to a divers number if imaginitive falsifications. Ideas that are not true.
A person that has formed a belief or opinion from lies can spread gossip and cause eventual harm against others, including themselves. If they are certain of a false belief they may be closed to even hearing the truth. Their hearts and minds shut like a door with a lock and reinforced with a dead bolt. Sometimes lack of comprehension and understanding, not being knowledgeable of the ideas and facts of the truth are the cause. Searching and studying a topic is then wise, unless it leads to our eventual destruction. Some leads can destroy people when followed too far.
There are various vast misunderstandings about a topic and some might even appear reasonable. That is especially true for those that are not in the covenant of Christ and guided by the God of truth. The followers of Satan can be very persuasive using their wise serpentry. Satan is an ancient spirit and has many followers. The book of revelation points out a third of heaven followed after the tail of the dragon.
An example of such might he not obeying the commandments. For instance a murderer or adulterer or even a thief or rapist can be killed in various ways by accident, injury, illness or enemies forces.
God is light and shines the truth from his being. He shines a light from God's pure and virtuous nature, spiritually and physically to guide us in chaste thought, pure of heart goodness, decision making and safety, care of ourselves and others. He lights the areas and people around us so that we don't stumble. He does at times even lights Satan and his dark spirits so that we know if the enemy is near.
The churches that have spots of false beliefs allow doubt to engage in areas giverned and cared for by God's holy spirit. Which is not good. Churches should renounce false doctrine to be honest before our Lord God.
God's testament given witness to mankind is good, holy, pure, without spots of deceptions, virtuous and true.
Satan and his followers have sought throughout the ages to destroy God's testament on earth. He works thru silencing God's witnesses, sowing deceptions into areas of true witness and forcing doubt into the thoughts and hearts of them that receive witness from God and his angels or their witnesses here on earth.
Throughout time, after a church has been started, there may be various leaders and persons in authority and even members that present their doctrine learned from the spirit realm. Not everyone is elected, chosen or called by God. And even them that are might not always see deceptions from Satan's realm.
Matthew 24:24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
