Think about scores of small churches where the parsonage is a large part of the compensation package. These churches can't afford a livable salary, so free dwellings come into play so the pastor might need to work only a part time job to get by. Stop judging everything by what "the rich" get to do. Remember the part about not coveting?

The Bible tells us of teachers who "suppose that godliness is a means to gain" ~1

Its true that Paul tells us that there are those that will heretically teach that "Gain is Godliness".

However, Paul is not teaching here, that being Broke is Godliness.
Paul does not teach that you become more spiritual by having no money, no life, and are living destitute in poverty.
Paul teaches that he wants us all to flourish...... regarding our spirituality and our ministry and our personal life in general.

The Truth is......money is not the problem.... as money is extremely important, and God understands that we need it if we want to feed our family and have a place to live and have the electrictiy and the water turned on and kept tiurned on.
What Church does not have to pay an electric bill?
That takes MONEY, every month, so be sure to Tithe into that need if you have a church home.

Also, there is a type of "martyr complex" Christian, who teaches that being broke and sick is how to be "more spiritual", and they do great harm to Christianity, as they deceive believers into believing that God does not want them to ""prosper and be in health.""

The fact is... God's love for us is very Parental......He feels for us exactly as we would feel for our own Children.
God wants for you what you would want for your own children.
You would not want them to be poor and starving and sick and homeless .....and God does not want this for you.
God wants you to be happy, healthy, and have the means $$$$$$$ to have a good life, and poverty is not that life.

In Fact the Bible teaches us that "poverty is the DESTRUCTION of the Poor", and God does not want His born again Children to be destroyed by a lack of money.
He wants us to be successful and having money for what you need, is very important.

That's the whole problem here is the rich preachers are pressuring the people to put more money in the offering and to buy their books, online content subscriptions and to otherwise try to get people to pay for their "services"

Preaching the gospel should be free for the listener and the one preaching the Gospel should trust the Lord to provide for them rather than seeing the people as their source of supply.

Preachers today are worthless. You’re hard pressed to find a preacher that even believes the inerrant word of God exists today.

This is true, and it's why I don't give to preachers anymore because they are all teaching some level of false doctrine these days.

Early Copeland had some pretty good teachings that were biblical, but then he started teaching the false doctrines of eternal security and started believing catholics were Christians so that's when he went off the rails which was back in the late 80s / early 90s

Kenneth Copeland is a false teacher because he perverts Scripture to spread the prosperity gospel, a teaching that instructs people to "speak things into existence" and to manipulate faith as a means to riches. The Bible tells us of teachers who "suppose that godliness is a means to gain" ~1 Timothy 6:5. Copeland teaches that as believers we can command health and wealth. Yet Jesus taught, "Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth" ~Matthew 6:19. He assumes the role of a prophet with the authority to decree circumstances into existence. However, faith is not found in man's proclamations but in submission to the will of God. His teachings elevate self above Christ and substitute repentance with a craving for material gain. The Word of God describes this type of teaching as "another gospel" ~Galatians 1:8.

That nar realm is swooll to the full with them too .
And many ran to the well favored harlot and deals were made
