Honestly David, I don't believe that you're following the scriptures. I think you're trying to force the scriptures to fit your personal theology. But I still love ya brother! We can have different doctrinal understandings and still be brothers, right?

The 'force' you sense is the Force to get you to read the Scriptures, pray to the LORD for understanding and find the Answer from God's Mouth to your ears and heart!!!

The question of: Who are the Apostles? is given to us in Gospel of John chapter 3 and later confirmed by the Apostle Paul.

Furthermore, there is direct evidence in Matt ch24 also in Ephesians ch2 and ch5

And we do know Jesus bodily will return on the mount of Olives (Zach 14:4) as He ascended from the mount of Olives (Acts 1:9,12).

Here we see that they went to Bethany and he ascended there, which is a mile from the Mount of Olives and about 2 miles from Jerusalem. They left Bethany and returned to Jerusalem having to cross the Mt of Olives on their way back. See the map provided.


Christ ascended in Bethany, then the disciples went back to Jerusalem via the Mt of Olives which is a Sabbath's journey from the Mount to Jerusalem. They traveled further than that because Bethany (it's one and only location) is on the other side of the Mt and past it's base just as Jerusalem is on that other side.

Acts only makes it seem like the ascension was on the Mount but it doesn't say that. It only mentions their return journey from the Mount to Jerusalem but doesn't bother to mention Bethany.

His name does not add up to 666. Someone altered his name and added something that is not part of his name to artificially add up to 666. IOW it's a lie.

Nero's real name was Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus and that doesn't add up to 666 in any language. Second problem is Nero Caesar only adds up to 666 if you take his Greek name and change it into Hebrew letters and use a Hebrew Gematria system instead of the Greek letters of his name and a Greek Gematria system (which is what John wrote Revelation in), AND you add the letter "n" to Nero to make Neron (which isn't his name either) because you need an extra 50 come to 666 ...suddenly none of this makes any real sense and looks contrived. He died in AD68 as well which means he wasn't alive during the AD70 destruction of the temple and thus cannot be the AC/AoD standing in the temple according to some beliefs.

Nero obviously wasn't the 666 antichrist.

It is no problem, it actually fits the "wisdom" that was needed. If one could just count the Greek letters, it would be obvious, not requiring any wisdom.

John was writing to Christians in Greek, but most of them were probably of Jewish ethnicity. And the New Testament never mentions the beast or the Antichrist by name, because of the protection of Christians. Too easy riddle would be dangerous for both the author and the owners of the writing.

Not even Paul wanted to say it clearly in his letters, but rather referred vaguely to what he told the church in person, instead. It was safer for all of them.
