It's not about abandoning Ukraine. It's about recognizing that the war cannot be won. The US has a long history of doing this. We give four billion dollars to Israel annually. We make deals with Saudi Arabia.

My point is Democrats and Republicans alike have major blind spots regarding significant foreign aid.

They support reducing it to certain states/governments but oppose doing so for others. It seems like a double standard for both sides tbh
