Lol. I find it hard to believe you didn't recognize tongue in cheek.
Not when you rant about Catholicism and the anti-Christ.

I don't think anyone here would deny that Jesus is the Lord over His kingdom, except those who are subject to Papal authority. That Catholics refuse to read the Bible for themselves without a bishop reminding them that only the Catholic Church can really understand why it is saying and must listen to the bishop and not the holy Spirit, is merely a toned down reflection of the late Pope's recommendation that no-one ought to foster a relationship with Jesus. Seems you are saying the same thing.Oooh, so if we agree with your interpretation of the Christian faith, that is okay to have loyalties to, but if someone disagrees with your interpretation of the Christian faith, they are the bad guys who put their faith, like you, above loyalty to their country.
You mean Jesus?
Just speaking biblical truth: would you like to see the evidence? What other institution teaches that it's leader is of greater authority than Christ? That the word of the church is of more authority than that which is written by the prophets under inspiration of the holy Spirit? That teaches that church systems is of greater value in attaining salvation than the grace of God?Not when you rant about Catholicism and the anti-Christ.
At a different forum long ago, I knew a missionary to the Mormons. He even moved to Utah to be able to minister to them.
And he did tell me about some of their secret practices including their underwear with symbols on it.
I'd like to offer a little history lesson... First , the "original" church was Jerusalem,
They referred to the individual regional churches by their name. It was collectively called the Catholic Church, meaning all of the regional churches of the same faith no later than the 100s.and by the time Jerusalem was destroyed in 70ad, Christians had spread the faith to Pella, Antioch, North Africa, Asia Minor, and Italy. There was no Catholic Church.
The Catholic Church as a term is mentioned in writings in the 100s. In the 300s, the Catholic Church reviewed the various creeds at a universal Counsel and the Nicene Creed was compiled. The Catholic Church as you said previously, didn't develop until the 5th or 6th century, and was the epitome and central pivot point of the falling away spoken of by Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians. It was never an original church, but a Johnny come lately who grew out of one branch of Christ s and through political intrigue and compulsion, brought other churches under a usurped authority to Lord itself over others. But there was resistance. Hence why the Catholic Church became so well known and feared as a persecuting power
You punning with "Galoshes" is directed at the Scriptures = not me

Your answer is correct but only about yourself and that is not good my freind
The GOOD NEWS is that you can run to JESUS and cast the Vatican and this world behind you!!!
So Catholics believe their loyalty is to the Pope and not Jesus? I missed that somewhere. I know fundie prots that believe Trump grab'm by the ***** is God's messenger and pledge their faith to him. People in their very forum argue that Trump is chosen by God and that is why he is president.I don't think anyone here would deny that Jesus is the Lord over His kingdom, except those who are subject to Papal authority.

For as long as I can remember, I was taught by the priests that only through the Catholic Church can one find salvation. That concept is not new. Nor uncommon. Placing the church, an institution, above "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, no-one comes to the Father except by Me", is Antichrist. Man made doctrine supplanting Christ as Savior and Lord. Catechisms and councils and encyclicals have exalted the church over Christ for centuries. The church may not explicitly state this, but in practice demonstrates it.Alright, where does the Catholic Church teach that the Church or the leadership has more authority than Christ?
NO WHERE.
Here is how you may answer: The Catholic Church teaches that just because you might be a touch mentally ill, wear a tin foil hat, and sniff rubber glue all day doesn't mean your revelations about scripture, aliens... among the other millions of views is not necessarily the right one.
For as long as I can remember, I was taught by the priests that only through the Catholic Church can one find salvation.
The Church does not teach that it is above Christ. That is absolutely false. The only people that would suggest that are those that think Jesus is what they believe Jesus is... and Jesus being a gray skinned lizard is the true Jesus that tells them to do bad things, for example. If the Church teaches this is not so, then obviously the Church thinks it is superior to the gray skinned lizard that whispers nonsense into your ear. That concept is not new. Nor uncommon. You have a knack for introducing strawmen. Makes for colorful prose but useless for any meaningful conversation.I cannot speak to your personal experiences with individual priests, or if your misunderstood, but only what the Church teaches. It is easy to look up. Salvation comes through Christ. The Church did not die for your salvation, Christ did. One does not go to heaven by following the teachings of Buddha or simply going to Mass. This does not mean one can find salvation via Christ as understood by Hindu mythology. One is not saved by believing that gray aliens live among us and anally probe us, or that the voices that say to do bad things are the way to salvation. Jesus gets you into Heaven... but what and how?

@amigo de christoEven devils beleive
But though a system cliams to beleive the true gospel of JESUS CHRIST
i find it often seems , however , NOT TO BELEIVE HIS WORDS .
WHY
WHY o why do i see men in long rob es
who love flattering titles and to be called of men MOST HOLY FATHER , MOST HOLY reverand .
JESUS TOLD US to beware such folks . YOU do realize men can cliam to BELEIVE on HIM
and yet man do they DO things HE SAID NOT TO DO . hello RCC .
hello much of even protestant realm . have you seen the nar realm and prosperity preachers .
USING his name TO FLEECE those people . please , just cause a man lips he beleives
SURELY his fruit will FIND HIM OUT . Folks need to DO a nose dive back into the bible
and really start learning afresh and anew . CAUSE WE IS BEING FLEECED by a number so high
If those numbers were each one a grain of sand IT WOULD BURY even MOUNT everest under ten miles of dirt .
WE got wolves in wool and they are all over christendom now . from top to bottom and bottom to top
WE GOT a massive delusoin in the house .

@amigo de christoAn ecumenical HARLOT has come to call all her wayward children home to mama .
EVEN lying to the false religoins , like muslims , buddists and etc , saying we all beleive in and serve the same GOD
differently . what an anti christ lie. THAT HARLOT desires only TO SIT A QUEEN OVER ALL .
Sheep aint gonna sit under that either .

@BreadOfLife @Chihuahua If I wanted to know how to be saved and be assured of a place in God's Kingdom, what path would I take? What is the complete plan of salvation in the Catholic Church?
Quite a good question my friend .@BreadOfLife @Chihuahua If I wanted to know how to be saved and be assured of a place in God's Kingdom, what path would I take? What is the complete plan of salvation in the Catholic Church?
You be RCC?Radical prots: Whatever Jesus and the angels tell me with the tin foil hat on while the aliens lay their spiritual and invisible hands is true.
My near and my dear friend . That man is one hundred percent of that .You be RCC?
You be RCC?
Now i SEE why you are in darkness"Take note of those who hold heterodox opinions on the grace of Jesus Christ, which has come to us, and see how contrary their opinions are to the mind of God. . . . They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer, because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the Flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ, Flesh which suffered for our sins and which the Father, in His goodness, raised up again. They who deny the gift of God are perishing in their disputes." - Saint Ignatius of Antioch (died early 2nd Century)
"Those indeed, who belong to God and to Jesus Christ—they are with the bishop. And those who repent and come to the unity of the Church—they too shall be of God. . . . Do not err my brethren: if anyone follow a schismatic, he will not inherit the Kingdom of God. . . . Take care, then, to use one Eucharist, so that whatever you do, you do according to God: for there is one flesh of our Lord Jesus Christ, and one cup in the union of His Blood; one altar as there is one bishop with the presbytery and my fellow servants, the deacons." - Saint Ignatius of Antioch (died early 2nd Century)
"...although all heretics want to be called 'Catholic,' when a stranger inquires where the Catholic Church meets, none of the heretics would dare to point out his own basilica or house". - Saint Augustus 397
