I am glad to say that we both are doing the same in applying discernment. Unfortunately you have forgotten the meaning of that which is "the wisdom of men". It is knowledge that is obtained by the the mind of the natural man, and not that which is revealed by the mind of Christ. You are equating interpreting things literally or to be about physical things with the wisdom of men. That is ridiculous. Spiritual discernment has to do with discerning what is literal and what is figurative. What is spiritual and what is physical. You seem to think that having a spiritual interpretation means you are using spiritual discernment. No, I believe I'm using spiritual discernment by discerning that the new earth is a new literal planet earth that we will literally dwell on.
It is evident that you have judged me by your natural mind, that my understanding was not revealed to me by the mind of Christ, but only your understanding is.Nonsense. You are just trying too hard. Sometimes, things are simple and there's nothing wrong with that.
The next thing that you will be telling me is that you will be going to your "mansion in the sky, when (you) die".
Please compare the words "mansion" and "abode" in the Strongs Concordance, and then tell me if anyone is going to their mansion! (ref. my post #136.)
G3438- mansions- KJV John 14:3
G3438- abode- KJV John 14:23.
