A philosophical question

Hey, I have been getting philosophical questions, one is here-

The scripture says that God knew us before the foundation of the world. God is eternal, so He always knew us! Before we were born we were a thought in the mind of God! My question is this- if we were a thought in the mind of God, did we exist?

I am thinking of getting a PHD...do I have a PHD yet?

No where in scripture does the Lord describe Himself as being clairvoyant

God knew us...but we--we didn't know Him. However, when we pass from death to life, we know Him and are like Him. Moreover, we then are One with Him, meaning eternal, even eternally past.
