So, you don't know what Jesus said about "the everlasting fire", Hell fire", the Furnace of fire", "the Lake of Fire"???

You better read the Bible!

And yet I'm sure you still have your eye and hand. Have you drank any blood recently?

The holy Spirit baptizes in fire, does that scare you?

I love to read the Bible and believe it, which is why I like to argue with people like you, so that others may come by and witness our interaction and see how detestable your accusations of God are.

Look again at the Scripture I quoted:

What He does is right;
For all His ways are just;

Because YOU hate someone and want them to burn forever, you have chosen a vengeful trichotomized deity wrought from misinterpretations of Scripture fashioned to suit the fury of despicable men.

There is no one, no one at all, upon whom I would inflict burning in the sense you fear, and that is because the God I serve would have nothing to do with such contemptible vitriol.

Fear your fire, it consumes you already.

Well no, I follow Jesus Who warned us several times of Hell Fire!
I love to read the Bible and believe it,
Enjoy!

Matthew 13:49-50

49 So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just,
50 and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth."
which is why I like to argue with people like you, so that others may come by and witness our interaction and see how detestable your accusations of God are.

Look again at the Scripture I quoted:
I did. Stick with the NT! Jesus warned us of Hell Fire.
What He does is right;
For all His ways are just;
Yeah, just like God drowned all on Earth "making them an example". You should have listened to Him.
Because YOU hate someone and want them to burn forever, you have chosen a vengeful trichotomized deity wrought from misinterpretations of Scripture fashioned to suit the fury of despicable men.
If I hated you I would let you continue to Hell Fire without warning!

Jude 1:22-23
22 And on some have compassion, making a distinction;
23 but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire,
There is no one, no one at all, upon whom I would inflict burning in the sense you fear, and that is because the God I serve would have nothing to do with such contemptible vitriol.

Fear your fire, it consumes you already.
Maybe God will pull you out of the Fire!

I'm sorry. I really need to work on my approach.

You are offended that I have no respect for your god.

I am offended that you are disrespecting God.

If you can hear this, I was handed the same origami construct of a large feline as you were. I was afraid of it, too.

But I sought Him anyway.

But I got so angry, I declared on my life that I would not serve a god who burns someone forever and doesn't even let me understand his very existence as a being.

That is how I burned the tiger.

You followed doctrines of demons! Maybe Christians can pull you out of the Fire!

I've come to realize Jack...that we are not all serving the same God.
Posters on these forums CLAIM to be Christian but then make up their very own religion.

Of course there's a hell.
The NT is chock full of warnings to stay out of it.

Think of the good in the world and the evil/bad in the world.
God holds back some of the evil.

Now imagine a world without God.
ONLY evil,,,,only bad.

This might be hell...maybe the fire represents the burning of the good.
Jesus spoke of a burning like the Valley of Gehenna where trash was actually burned.

My only advice would be to stay out of it.

I do wonder, however, WHY you're so obsessed with hell.
But no matter - I guess we each have our obsession.

Mine has become (recently) this idea that everyone thinks they're Christian but then do not
follow Christian theology.

Not believing in hell would be one of these private theologies.
The church has ALWAYS believed in a place called hell.

Most important doctrine in the Bible!
I think it's more important to do what Jesus said in Matthew 28:19
although He DID say it to the APOSTLES and not to everyone....
The Apostles knew the truth and disseminated the truth...
which is not what some "Christians" these days do.

IOW,,,isn't it more important to bring persons to Christ?
If they don't believe in Christ, what good does telling them about hell do?

On Judgment Day the can't say they weren't warned! It is Christians responsibility to warn them!

Ever been burned?

Different methods will work with different persons.
I have a cousin who is terrified of death and worried about hell.
But she will NOT accept our faith and continues to be an atheist.

So I'm not sure fear is the best method.
Bringing Persons to Jesus might be better.

Matthew 12:31-37

"Therefore I tell you, men will be forgiven for any sin or abusive speech, but abusive speech about the Spirit cannot be forgiven.

And whoever speaks against the Son of Man will be forgiven for it, but whoever speaks against the holy Spirit cannot be forgiven for it, either in this world or the world to come.

Either make the tree sound and its fruit sound, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; a tree is known by its fruit.

You brood of snakes! How can you, as bad as you are, utter anything good?

For the mouth says only what the heart is full of.

A good man, out of the good he has accumulated, brings out things that are good, and a bad man, out of what he has accumulated that is bad, brings out things that are bad.

But I tell you, for every careless word that men utter they will have to answer on the Day of Judgement.

For it is by your words that you will be acquitted, or by your words that you will be condemned."

My question about Hell Fire is MUCH more important.
24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You perceived that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ (Matthew 25:24-30)

Do you understand? Those whose only concern is saving their own ass from Hell and not what Jesus really wants will end up there anyway. "Whoever would save their own life will lose it, and whoever would lose his life for My sake will find it". (Matthew 16:25) All you're doing is making more self-centered "converts" whose only concern is saving their own asses.

The FEAR of God is one of the main Christian Bible doctrines.

Psalm 111:10
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom;

I'm trying to pull YOU out of the fire - but you're not listening.
Oh, you believe in Hell for Bible believers!

Psalm 111:10
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom;

Wise up!

Psalm 111:10
10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom;

Wise up!
Is the fear of the Lord enough to get me to heaven?
Fear is the beginning of WISDOM....
but is it the beginning of SALVATION?
