Sometimes the doctors kill them intentionally. Sometimes the doctors don't know and try to save them and the poisoner is too illusive. And sometimes knows people in the system of the doctor. Sometimes they don't know what they are doing, sometimes they do. Sometimes accidentally.
MS-13 is one of those deceptive and treacherous designations. Terrorist displays, Horror displays, Whore displays.
