Do you know God?

What tragic blindness to think it such a trite thing to know God; to fall so woefully short of possibility in life from a disfiguring lack of love for what is true and right and holy!

The power of God is without limit, His blessings pour forth from heavenly storehouses in everlasting abundance!

What fear has His devoted friend? If God says "I will bless you for My Name's sake," I want to be absolutely certain of two things:

1. Am I His friend?
(Same answer as to:
Does bowing before Him make you happy?)
2. What is His name?
(It is written in Exodus 3:14)

Look up what words mean, think about how you use them!

Matthew 12:37! Everything you say and do means so much more than you think it all does, but your words are especially recorded.

Unless, of course, you revere the Almighty and repent.

Have you read the Prophets lately?

The sin of the wicked priests was telling Israel "all is well, peace, peace" when God was saying "nought is well!"

The sin of the people was their failure to acknowledge God in all things, as they should for so He is.

Acknowledge God! Admit you don't know and go look up the answers for yourself!

The platitudes of pastors are preventing repentance purposefully by placating the pain we OUGHT TO FEEL.

PAIN, REGRET, SORROW, REMORSE, and MOURNING for our sins is APPROPRIATE! IT IS CALLED REPENTANCE and CONTRITION!

Stop fleeing the parts of Scripture which burn; walk through them, and on the other side the fires of hell hold nothing over you.

I've been to hell and back and I can assure you it's really nothing at all.

God was with me the whole time, as He is now.

And I'm telling you all; time is running out.

The End of Years approaches.

Father, please help me write this prayer!

I struggle, Father!

These graphic matters of history, these gruesome truths and horrifically violent realities from which we have been sheltered...

They pain me deeply, Father.

You have relieved us all of such a tremendous burden of prescribed violence!

And by the very offering of YOUR OWN FLESH AND BLOOD!

Father!

Thank you!

Praise Your Holiness!

Magnify Your Name!

Your will be done.

Your way is the Only.

LORD, deepen the thirst of Your people for Righteousness and Truth until they flee desperately to You for mercy.

Thank you Father!

Forgive me, a correction:

bloodshed is the correct word, as violence would imply an aspect of disobedience. The law prescribed mandatory bloodshed in the most visceral manner and the resurrection of Jesus changed everything; something so many today take utterly for granted.

Don't exclude a meaning simply because you think it cannot be.

The voice of God thunders over the waters.
