It is amazing that both men willed themselves to live until that day, even though it's not really related to this thread's topic. On a similar diversionary note, I watched the signing ceremony of the surrender of Japan that @Riven might appreciate.

All kinds of big shots were there. Supreme Allied Commander in the Pacific, 5-star General MacArthur officiated. 5-star Admiral Nimitz signed for the US forces, field marshals from other countries. I was surprised to learn that signing for Canada was only a colonel. Colonel Lawrence Moore Cosgrave. While they flew the flag that flew over from DC on Dec 7, no higher commander in Canada's forces could make it. Hard to imagine a stronger example of a token effort.

Now getting back to the OP, the idea that President Trump is not patriotic, no longer puts America First is absurd. It's just slander. And Christians who say such things are guilty of False Witness. He took a bullet for our country and was saved by Divine Providence for all the world to see. Trump the Great!
