In the speech Trump’s words could be interpreted as, “I’m not a Christian,” but this does not align with previous words and also consistent self-identification as a Christian. Trump has made numerous public declarations affirming his Christian faith. In the speech, most probably he meant:
“I love you, Christians. I’m a Christian. I love you. Get out, you gotta get out and vote.”
It’s plausible that he either misspoke, slurred his words, or the audio quality led to a misunderstanding.
Reuters,
Poynter,
Skynews also reviewed Trump’s remarks at Turning Point Action’s Believers’ Summit on July 26, 2024. All international media quotes Trump saying “I am a Christian” instead of “I am not a Christian”.
Trump as a “Servant of a Satan”
A Georgian
Facebook account shared the video alongside several photos of President Donald Trump. In the upper left corner of the
video, a Masonic symbol is visible, which has been added using editing programs to falsely link the footage to a Jewish, “satanic event”. However, the video actually depicts Donald Trump receiving an
honorary degree during a ceremony at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. This degree was conferred in 2010 to recognize Trump’s contributions to business and enterprise, particularly his development projects in Scotland.

The degree was later
revoked in 2015, after Trump made controversial remarks about Muslims, which the university stated were “wholly incompatible” with its core values. The inclusion of the Masonic symbol appears to be a deliberate attempt to mislead viewers and distort the context of the event. The actual ceremony has no connection to the alleged claims being circulated.

The photos of his meetings with Jewish leaders and attendance at events are legitimate but unrelated to the claims. Some of the images, however, depict a delegation of rabbis from the Lubavitch-Chabad movement visiting President Trump
in the Oval Office on March 27, 2018. Other images show President Trump attending
a memorial event with Orthodox Jews in New York on October 7, 2024, commemorating the first anniversary of the
October 7 attack in Israel.
