These are about national Israel. I will not tempt God.
Numbers 24
“Blessed is he who blesses you,
And cursed is he who curses you.”
Romans 11:25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:
“The Deliverer will come out of Zion,
And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
27 For this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.”
When you see the big picture, you will understand why God chose the descendants of Abraham to be “a people for special possession” in the first place.
Did he choose those who became “the nation of Israel”, (descendants of Jacob) because they were any more righteous or obedient than the people of other nations at that time? Their history shows that they disobeyed their God time and again, only to receive his punishment, which resulted in their repentance....but it never lasted long. They kept forgetting the lessons of the past and were therefore doomed to repeat them. Christendom needs take heed, as they too forget the lessons of the past and are doing what Israel did. (Matt 15:7-9)
God kept them in existence until his purpose in connection with them was fulfilled...that of producing his promised Messiah, and out of deference to his “friend” Abraham, he gave natural Israel first option to become the “kingdom of priests and a holy nation” that he promised.....but as prophesied, only a small “remnant” would be saved. That small remnant formed the foundations of God’s heavenly Kingdom. They would be promised the “kings and priests” who would be part of the “first resurrection” (Rev 20:5)
After Israel rejected their Messiah, God cast them off and they became part of the world alienated from the true God...the world ruled by Satan, whom Jesus said was their “father the devil”.
They have not had God’s blessing since that time because of their continued stubborn disobedience.....there will be no last minute repentance because that is not the kind God is looking for. Like a forced confession, it does not come from a truly repentant heart...it would come out of a need to survive. Does God want worshippers like that? Those who come to him under sufferance?
God owes natural Israel nothing. He blessed those who came out of that captivity, released them from the Law, based on Christ’s sacrifice, (a law that condemned them every day because they could never keep it) and brought them into “the Kingdom of the Son of his love”.
Spiritual Israel (Gal 6:16) replaced the natural Jews as “God’s people” and these are the disciples of Jesus Christ, some of whom were chosen (elected) by God for rulership and priestly duties in the heavenly Kingdom. (Rev 20:6)
These will rule over redeemed mankind for 1000 years, bringing the human race back into the sinless perfection that was taken from them back in Eden. Freed from the sin that separated them from their Creator, Jesus hands the reins back to his God to continue his original purpose for us here on this earth.
What Jehovah starts...he finishes. (Isa 55:11)
The OT Scripture you quote pertains to old Israel....”the Israel of God” are made up of people of all nations. (Acts 10:34-35) God does not judge people nationally......he judges them individually as those he desires to be part of his Kingdom, either as one of its rulers, or as a subject of the best government human beings have ever had.
Then why did Jesus ask the Samaritan women for a drink of water if they are not going to be saved?
Jesus knew that people of the nations would be saved....but first opportunity was given to Abraham’s descendants...Jesus was sent only to the “lost sheep of the house of Israel”.....but others were to follow...
