Is the change beneficial to the destiny of the soul? If yes, in what sense do you say it is beneficial?

What then is true faith, and how it is being practiced?

Isn’t what you said here an opinion of yours????

OT is done with, what’s the fuss about it today???
Clearly you are not a worthy Christian !

Clearly the fact is that the OT is the foundation and The Blueprint of the NT in fact !

No worthy Christian could be that stupid not to understand that fact.

If everyone actually followed the teachings of the gospel, such as to love one another, than the world would indeed be a better place. Unfortunately many people don't follow these teachings including many Christians

What????? Christians are followers of the real and forever living Christ. What authority do the OT and the NT have in the life of the Christians, who are faithfully dependent on the Lord Jesus Christ alone? Are you a Christian? If so, how are you a Christian?

Christians take teachings from the real and forever living Christ Jesus alone, across all generations. You miscomprehended the Christians in this regard.

Spoken like a true Amil that skips the 1000 year reign of Christ. You misunderstand 2Peter 3:10-12
What have I misunderstood in 2 Peter 3:10-12, which is the Judgment Day, the end of the world, where heaven and earth will pass away, or will be gone?

Peter wasn't giving a chronological order and the new heavens and new earth are not immediate. There is a span of time between the return and the new heavens. We often see this in scripture. For example:

Isa 61:1-2 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

Anyone looking at the verse above would assume that the day of vengeance happens at the same time as the acceptable year of the Lord. However, let's look where Jesus stopped when he read it

Lk 4:18-20 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

Jesus didn't read anything about "the day of vengeance" because that would not happen yet. He stopped before reading "the day of vengeance" Only the part he read was being fulfilled:

Lk 4:21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

by the same token there is a gap between the return of the Lord and the melting of the elements in 2Pe 3:10-12

I said many Christians (not all) don't follow the teachings of Christ. Many do.

How am I miscomprehending the Christians that don't follow the teachings of Christ? Do you think every Christian does?

Probably the best I can hope for is to take that Good News and change some small part of the world that I have contact with.

That would be enough for me.

Ephesians 6:12

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Peace and love to all

Maybe you’re talking about Bible believers and followers, not Christians, whom you seem not to be privy to. You miscomprehended Bible believers and followers as Christians, who are dependent only on the Lord Jesus as their Pastor and Teacher, across all ages.

How am I miscomprehending the Christians that don't follow the teachings of Christ?
If Christ is not their Pastor and Teacher, they are not Christians who take teachings from Christ alone. Do you read me?

Do you think every Christian does?
Yes, every Christian listens to and follows Christ alone.

Oh there you are inserting your opinion to 2 Peter 3:10-12.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

I see what your saying. People who don't follow Christ's teachings aren't really Christians. I guess I was referring to "so called Christians". People who claim to be but don't follow Christ's teachings

Why don't you include the rest of my post that explains why I have this opinion?

When we have allowed the Gospel to change us, the Gospel will change the world. Not a single minute sooner.

People who don't listen to and follow the real and forever living Christ Jesus aren't Christians. It takes the Lord Jesus for anyone to become a Christian. There are only two parties in Christianity - yourself/myself/themselves, and the Lord Jesus Himself.

The quoted portion above my post is your main opinion on 2 Peter 3:10-12, and the rest, except for the quoted verses, is also your opinion that serves as support for your main opinion.

Anything you say that you’ve not heard and learned from the real and forever living Christ Jesus is considered your own opinion.

When Jesus was talking to the Devil, Jesus used the Bible on the Devil in fact.

One who has lack of knowlege of the Bible is lost !

One abides in Christ Jesus ! as he is the head and we are his body.

Because the issue of faith is simply believing.
If those who claim to believe do something contrary to what they claim to believe,
For example, Israel, in the past, at present, and in the future.
Israel is doing just fine....They are partially Blinded but still have the protection of God.
